Florida cops will move to file charges against Tiger Woods stemming from his bizarre car crash, according to a new report.
The Florida Highway Patrol has scheduled a 3 p.m. announcement.
TMZ.com reported that it’s unclear whether cops will arrest Woods or refer the case to prosecutors.
The site has reported that cops were looking into whether Woods was driving under the influence.

Celebrity special treatment? It is not a ‘private matter’, as Tiger tweeted to his fans, since he had a motor vehicle accident on the Public Right of Way. Furthermore, he destroyed property on the ROW (fire hydrant).
It would certainly not be private, if he had hit a dog, kid, car, etc. in the ROW. This is why they give people DUI’s even if they haven’t wrecked yet.
So how come he gets to turn the police away three times, and refuses to cooperate?
Did they take blood? Should a BAC test performed by the FHP, on somebody who Wrecked In The Public ROW be Public?
Now lets look at domestic violence. In Florida, the police HAVE to investigate if there is a suspicion of domestic violence. If Tiger won’t cooperate, they can get a judge to make him cooperate - photograph his face, scrape his wife’s fingernails, go all CSI and see if the dent in his skull matches his driver. I don’t even agree with this law, but hell, its the law.
I know this one case doesn’t make the world go ‘round; but, I get tired of celebrity special treatment.

Making definitive conclusions with less information than the cops have is not very bright. You also seem to have paranoia issues.

And they would note those statements, and present them in court as evidence of domestic abuse. His request to have his privacy respected would be *ignored* by cops under all modern DV law. If you don’t want your spouse arrested, and want to work it out yourself. You do like Tiger, and DO NOT make ANY statement about the incident. NONE.
By the way,, think carefully about what you are asking of him. “Tiger,,tell us exactly what happened, then maybe we would respect your privacy”!? Why not just give him privacy now? He already said it was all his fault. Its admirable to protect his wife in this circumstance.
And it’s funny, we can all see how much his privacy would be respected by watching the hyenas right now.
