Well, Americans everywhere are cutting back, so I guess it’s only right that a network trade in a real cartoon for a stick boy.
That’s an interesting programming note. I wonder if it was too late the change the listing for tonight, but they still had time to change next week’s listing.
What’s next... a -13bama speech on top of a showing of Heidi?
Wah-wah, wah-wah-wah.
We checked the schedule, it is on next Tuesday.
Zero = Schroeder
OK I turn to K & say, "Look who's on at 7 tonight."
K look at me & says, "Why don't they give 'em his own network & be done with it?".
My *K*.
LOL!!!!
its amazing to begin with that he thinks he has to go on tv yet again to tell us and the enemy what his intentions are....just make a damn decision and do it...
What on earth could you possibly have against a beautiful and wholesome cartoon like Charlie Brown and Peanuts?
I would not watch his sorry speech if I was paid to.
Wah-wah, wah-wah-wah.

“I am not a Charlie Brown fan. Frankly the whole concept gives me the hives.”
Dittos.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen that kind of vitriol directed against “A Charlie Brown Christmas”. Wow.
LOL!
Why can’t he just make the decision and give the necessary orders? Why does it have to be on national television? He could make a speech, if he feels he must, and then the news channels could show parts of it during their regular broadcasts.
As a kid I found the television presentation of Charlie Brown to be one of the most annoying cartoons I had seen. As an adult I continued to see the presentations in that light.
I know a lot of people like it. That’s okay. I’m mostly roasting them here. I don’t mind you taking the opposite position. I’m glad you enjoy it.
Charlie Brown is part of the American Christmas tradition for children and we have three generations in our household who have and do continue to enjoy him. BO has been dithering for months about this issue so not in my house and certainly not tonight. I agree with others-BO needs his own channel so that I can block it from my house entirely!
It’s not about ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’, but rather the whole Charlie Brown concept as a cartoon.
