Apparently there are still some posters on FR who are fast asleep. Wake up! Dammit! We are in the middle of a conservative rebellion! While you were sleeping we, along with millions of other freedom loving grassroots Americans have participated in hundreds of tea parties all across this great land and fully intend to keep it up until all of America is awake. We are fed up and mad as hell! We grassroots Americans are delivering a message to the ruling class: NO MORE!!
No more big government! No more high taxes! No more government bailouts! No more government takeovers! No government healthcare! No more corruption! No more global baloneyism!!

The goal of abortion is to kill the baby. He is therefore advocating and supporting baby killing. He’s a baby killer.

Yes. They do. Read her post again. Did she originally state that those comments were from another thread? She was asked yesterday not to add statements to this thread that were from another. No one on this thread has said any such thing but she has made that assertion throughout the thread. You were not present at the time. There is a history here that you have missed. This poster has made incorrect statements and accused others of saying things that they did NOT say.
It seems to me that if YOU are going to make the outrageous claim that there are conservative "Freepers who have said they will vote for Obama rather than vote for someone like McCain," then it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to prove it.

My stance has always been, if you start the post, you and you alone have the right to ‘police’ it. Funny, but I don’t see JR here chastising people. Just you. Has Jim appointed you his official thread guardian?

Do you really believe McCain is as dangerous as Obama? I don’t. I’m not going to defend him as not being totally off the reservation on many issues but when we’re comparing Obama and McCain (and those were our choices), all of a sudden McCain looks pretty darned good.
I ask because late last night, after reading all the stuff about Marxist Communists in Chicago, it suddenly occurred to me that John McLame seemed to actively assist BHO in being elected prez.
THIS thread is Jim’s thread. It is a stand alone kind of thing. What anyone said on another thread has no bearing on what Jim posted or the responses. Had you read the whole thread, you’d know that.
McCain’s a slimebag scuzzball, ergo the Snake/Maverick nick. That said, at least he IS an American. But the backlash against RINOs (an encroaching problem we’ve had for decades) would not be occuring now had he won, and the absolute outrage I’m feeling every day at the commies in charge, would not be happening as fast either. My only fear is.....will our nation survive long enough to get rid of the commie bastards in DC.
If you thought unkind things about McCain, rest assured. They WERE justified.
I’m using it as an example of the mob mentality that is occuring here on FR. Even posts on this thread are pretty darned close.
