"I say the two-party system has finally delivered the inevitable. I.E., a more or less One-Party System. Since a Third Party will also inevitably empower the Democrats, I say we have to drive the GOP to the right."

Totally agree, sage advise while more doable today than it has been for a very long time.

"Not easy. Especially since many a RINO can harrumph out conservative-sounding statements on the stump, and then make a sharp left turn into DC. Besides, the government apparatus, Congressional Staffers, etc., are overwhelmingly Democrats. So I'll take your directions on holding their feet to the fire with one addition: That if elected they will hire new staff, registered Republicans from their district."

Who could possibly object to such a common sense approach toward containing a seemingly natural bent towards corruption?
In fact the suggestion makes perfect sense, count me in. ;^)

"Me, for example, who can sniff a dirty dog Democrat from 100 yards and make him turn his left cheek so I can rip it off."

Me too, KB.
I employ General Patton's famous advise when[ever] instructing people on how to deal with our political opposition, today: "Grab the SOBs by the nose & kick 'em in the ass!"
No more Mr. Nice Guy.

"Historical Note: Although many a registered Democrat is still apt to be a patriotic American, the leadership of the Democrat Party is directly descended from the Stalinist Street Gangs of the New York City of the 1920's and 30's. Franklin Roosevelt recruited them into the Democrat Party because they were siphoning away Democrat votes. With their superior Communist organizing tactics, they soon took over the intellectual wing of the party and all of its leadership roles. What? You thought Rahm Emanuel is an accident? Bill Ayers a guy from the neighborhood? Saul Alinsky wrote children's books? BHO, Jr. is a well meaning 'Community Organizer?'"

LOL!!
You mean they're not??
But-but the NYSlimes said they are, and I cross checked [it] against ABCNBCMSNBC&SeeBS and they all said the same thing, too. LOL!!

You would be shocked. Shocked I tell you(se), at how many "Republican" campaigns use Democrat advisers, ad agencies, "consultants," etc.

Karl Rove, famous for spending a half-billion to turn a sure thing landslide into a very close race (twice), is an egregious example of this stoopid practice. He used a Democrat ad agency to make GW's laughable TV commercials.

Bob Dole's Chief of Staff? Democrat down to her sox! Etc. ad nauseam. Once these klowns get to DC, they hire from a Congressional Staffers pool, whose parents and grandparents came to town with FDR, who never left, and who never changed their left-wing world view. They write the goddam bills our elected Republican representatives vote upon without reading! It's a cesspool of 1930's left-wing thought.

Do exactly as Liz says. There's a chance we can save this. OBTW, have I ever mentioned that I don't think BHO, Jr. is a "Natural Born Citizen?"

OBTW, have I ever mentioned that I don't think BHO, Jr. is a "Natural Born Citizen?"

Even Axelrod and Rahm---who orchestrated the Ohaha campaign---were shocked when Bama won. Course it helped to have RINO jerk McCain as an opponent----the guy who berated a supporter on broadcast TV for daring to bring up Ohaha's citizenship.

Here's an outstanding post on the Obama team's sickening methodology.

MHGinTN POSTED: The Axelrod methodology of Layering Lies: Obama started with a ‘who?’ when Bill Ayers was raised by the media........then it segues to a 'well'..... There was the ‘well, perhaps they met because their children attend the same schools’ (Mara Liasson tried that lie right before the election on FOX Special Report, and no one raised an eyebrow to correct her idiocy). Then there was...... ‘well, he’s a college professor who lives in my neighborhood.’ Then there was the..... ‘well, I think we served on an Annenberg board overseeing an educational program in Chicago, but I don’t know the guy personally.’ Then, ‘I don’t really know about Ayers’ past, I was only six when all that stuff you're referring to took place.’

The idea is to layer on lies, adding only what is needed to placate the particular challenge that the enemedia will repeat for them. The process was used with Obama’s commie friends, his hidden history, the Reverend Wright, etc. The process was even used with the Larry Sinclair embarrassment. On ABC, Obama finessed his close association with ACORN by stating, 'well, that's not the biggest problem facing the country.'

FReeper Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo wrote: I don't know if there are words to describe just how evil these people really are. This Chicago gang is engaging in levels of villainy which dwarf anything that we have ever seen in American politics.

One conservative columnist summed it up best: Obama got elected, and suddenly it was like someone yelled: "Olly, Olly octen free." And all the left-wing weirdos and villains came out of hiding, set free by Obama to do their evil deeds.

=======================================

LOOK AT 'EM SPIN According to White House Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs, the President was busy with other matters on election night early Nov, and "wasn't really concerned with election results."

Waiting for hysterical laughter to die down.

Gibbs fatuous statement underlines that the Ovomitons are on mood-altering substances. No matter what catastrophe befalls them, Ohaha and the WH mob are grinning, glad-handing, quipping, smirking.....acting like nothing happened. These people are sucking up valium and vodka in order to anesthetize themselves from the pain in the aftermath of the 2009 Republican rout.....trying to convince themselves the election was not a referendum on Obama. The tsunami is ahead, in 2010-12.

This is my sick mind at work: I think what would save the day, aside from Mighty Mouse, is an old-fashioned national crisis like say, on the order of the October 1962 Cuban Missile.

"Nuclear catastrophe was hanging by a thread ... and we weren't counting days or hours, but minutes."-Soviet General and Army Chief of Operations, Anatoly Gribkov

Anyone old enough to vividly recall that one? Too over the top? Yeah, I guess this "golfer president" doesn't have the balls (golf balls, of course) to keep us from averting nuclear destruction. True, we'd show the true depth of his inadequacy and the people would run him out of office, but it would be only a few moments of "yeah, we beat him" before meeting our maker. That just wouldn't be worth it.

Hmm, well how about if Texas really did secede? Yeah, that would throw the country into chaos and we would most likely see many other "secession-minded" states join in and then...oh, right, O. would send in the militia, play a few rounds of golf and then make a public speech about how tragic it was to have to shoot Texas citizens in order to keep the national peace. While there are a few folks around here that I could live without, I've grown rather fond of some of the others. Guess that one's out too...

O.K., but this is my last attempt, we hire a hit man...What am I thinking???! That's a terrible idea and I am shocked that I even considered it. I can't afford a hit man. (I guess he'd want to be paid more than $25.00, right?)

Conversion of souls. Actual grace: "O Lord, enlighten their/our minds and strengthen their/our wills to do good and to avoid evil."

That's something you can always pray for without feeling loathesome moral corruption creeping over you.

Or said another way, paraphrasing a shadowy character from a smarmy scifi program of yesteryear: "The best lies is one sandwiched between two truths." ;^)

"FReeper Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo wrote: "I don't know if there are words to describe just how evil these people really are. This Chicago gang is engaging in levels of villainy which dwarf anything that we have ever seen in American politics."

Liz.
Does that sound frightfully similar to what the individual we know said after meeting Rahm? ~eh?

"One conservative columnist summed it up best: Obama got elected, and suddenly it was like someone yelled: 'Olly, Olly octen free.' And all the left-wing weirdos and villains came out of hiding, set free by Obama to do their evil deeds."

Precisely.

Yup, you nailed it again dear friend.

Thing is they're going to require something a good deal stronger than mere Valium & vodka come 2010.
Some potient comprised of heroine I once heard called, "Head On A Pike" might do nicely. LOL!!

Oh, yea.

"Too over the top? Yeah, I guess this 'golfer president' doesn't have the balls (golf balls, of course) to keep us from averting nuclear destruction."

No way, Jose'. {how's that for inclusion? LOL}

"True, we'd show the true depth of his inadequacy and the people would run him out of office, but it would be only a few moments of 'yeah, we beat him' before meeting our maker. That just wouldn't be worth it."

Maybe it wouldn't be worth it; however, I've said once & I'll say again it will not be until an overwhelming majority of Americans feel great pain before they're shaken out of their malaise. I mean it. Fear's an important emotion, but, pain gets attention.

"Hmm, well how about if Texas really did secede? Yeah, that would throw the country into chaos and we would most likely see many other 'secession-minded' states join in and then...oh, right, O."

What about zerO?
The gutless wonder would be found huddled in a WH closet, shaking like a leaf & chain smoking one after another. LOL

"...would send in the militia, play a few rounds of golf and then make a public speech about how tragic it was to have to shoot Texas citizens in order to keep the national peace."

'Til it dawned on the imbecile everyone's the militia. Back to the closet. LOL

"Sick mind at work," indeed.
