When the 11 AP "factcheckers" get through with Palin's book they should be free to start on "Dreams" by sending a team to a certain hospital in Kenya and to get working on FIOA request for Obama's vital records in HI!

If Obama Sr’s Kenyan marriage (circa 1958) can be proven via prima facie evidence — assuming that Obama Sr IS the biological father of Obama Jr. — would Obama Sr’s British citizenship transfer to Obama Jr at birth (born circa August 1961), even if Obama Sr was married to Ann Dunham (in Hawaii, Kenya or elsewhere) in Feb 1961? Further, what timeframe of law are we talking about?:
a) Common Law at the time of the Framing Lastly, for the purpose of granting British citizenship, would the British recognize marriages (in this context) conducted under?: a) the Kadhi’s Courts (Islamic) [very likely in Obama Sr’s case]

The first question to ask is whether he would have been granted automatic status IF there was a valid marriage...or did the immigration law require an application before his 18th birthday with a review because he was born in the US to a British father assuming the marriage was valid.
I think it would have required an application but not 100% certain.
The other question is why did Barry claim he was a UK citizen. Is it because he was born in Kenya? Because as a lawyer who flitted around the world..he should know he was not a UK citizen since his dad was already married.
It is quite possible that he had a UK passport. I firmly believe that family was involved with the Spooks...and he may have been, too. So one could have been easily obtained with a few lies and a few strings pulled.
If the constitution isnt worth defending against mob rule, than nothing is. We will deserve the tyranny that Hussein will impose upon us if we DONT defend it.

What proof do we have of Obama’s Indonesian citizenship?
A parent's statement to an elementary school that appeared in a register doesn't count in my book, although is raises eyebrow. Parents lie to get their kids into the “right” school or prevent embarrassing questions all the time.
I only have a suspicion that Obama might have gained and used an Indonesian passport to qualify for foreign student subsidies.
Despite ad nauseum repetition, acquiring additional citizenship after birth while still a minor does not invalidate NBC status (eligibility to be POTUS) per the Elg case. In Elg, two naturalized citizens took their NBC child back to the homeland and made her a citizen of the country and SCOTUS ruled that she was still NBC and entitled to re-entry into the US and all NBC rights without naturalization. Only by renouncing US citizenship after obtaining majority can an NBC lose NBC and citizen status.
But there is no age of mother requirement for NBC status for births within the US, only to meet statutory citizenship requirements for a foreign birth.
Obama would not be NBC, unless you are Ruth Bader Ginsberg and friends, if he was born outside the US to a US citizen, so age or marriage status of Stanley Ann wouldn't matter for POTUS eligibility.

Would it be better to bring Obama down on a birth location and/or citizenship technicality, or alternatively to have the US public realize that they made a terrible mistake in failing to vet Obama’s Marxist, Alinsky-obsessed Chicago Apollo cabal. I say much better for the US public to realize that lying socialists intentionally destroying the US economy are not the answer!
The question is how much irreparable damage can the US economy and global strategic defense posture stand while waiting for Obama’s power to be taken from him?
