I’m a big fan of Palin and intend to vote for her if I get the chance.
But I have to say that I’m growing weary of the hysterical enthusiasm over her every move. If she so much as hiccups, people lose their minds with joyous approval over it. I’m hoping that the enthusiasm will give way to a more dignified reflection.
You have every right to be weary of this.
FWIW my view is that I support Sarah but she *must* prove herself in the central political arena. She has just started doing this with her book and her interviews. So far she has hit a home run with her book, Oprah was OK, her interview on Rush yesterday was AWESOME.
So as long as she continues to put meat on the bone - as I think she can and will - I can live with the whole media/personality side of it. After all, that attracts voters, too.
