Also...There is a First Amendment perspective here. Please remember that this little sadist is assigned to a classroom and he DOES sit next to other children.

The First Amendment states that we have a right to free assembly. This means being able to associate with those who mutually agree to do so. It also means that we have a right **NOT** to associate or assemble as well.

The parents and children in the government school this little Ted Bundy in training attends, do **NOT** have the right to free assembly. It is the government who determines with whom this little animal torturer assembles, and if the other parents don't like it they can stuff it!

Soon some idiot will post that parents do have a “choice” to attend a private school or homeschool.

1) Those parents who can not afford private school, who are unable to homeschool, or when private schools ( such as my county) don't exist due to the price-fixing practices of government schools, must use government schools or they will face police and court action. ( Real bullets in those guns on the hip.)

2) Let's call private and homeschool expenses what they **really** are: RANSOM and FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE AND RELIGION TAX!( Some call it jizya.) At the moment we still have “permission” to use private and home schooling. As the communists in our nation tighten their hold, this permission will likely be rescinded.

3) Finally,...Always remember that behind every government school, superintendent, principal, and teacher stand **armed** police to force the government's will.
