I don’t “love” guns, I respect them and their function and purpose, self-defense, security, freedom and their ability to keep the government honest or respectful of the citizens.
That’s the purpose of guns. Like the guns that won freedom for this country from a foreign power.
And Georgetown was the fault of Koolaid. Ban Koolaid!

The right really needs to create a small group of people who rush to the microphone after every serious incident and blame it on something near and dear to the left. Grey whales, or baby seals, or something.
I know the cause of disasters usually HAS something to do with the left, but if we can create a level of absurdity on our side that matches that on the left, then it’ll be possible to triangulate back to the real explanation. What happens now is that the public throws out the most extreme left explanation, and the explanation from the right that’s furthest afield, and settles for something in between. Since we don’t have any really absurd explanations, they toss out the sensible ones we offer.
So, I’m starting a cause... I’m blaming it all on baby seals. If it wasn’t for that prohibition on baby seal clubbing, Hasan would have been able to work out his aggressions, and the incident never would have happened. So there.
Guess I’ll have to buy one at the gun show this weekend .

I almost have to laugh at the collective delusion of the progressive left-except, of course, for the fact that they are in charge. The largest terrorist incident on US soil in over eight years and they insist on sticking the country’s collective head in the sand. The next 9-11 is coming sooner than anyone thought possible.
