In 1995, when Daley was mayor, and Obama taking care of the poor as a civil activist, an incremental 750 people, 100+ a day, died in Chicago because of a week of 100+ heat. The Daley administration could not get its act together to help, direct or assist those poor people on how to cope with the seven day heat wave.
No George W. Bush was NOT president, possibly explaining why the national Media did not blame the Federal government at time (Clinton Administration for those with poor memory) for not rushing in troops and what ever.
The people of Chicago and the businesses located there deserve what they have; too bad their plugged up moral toilet has backed-up into the whole nation.
