He will definitely make a statement about his ethnic heritage, aka African roots, just as he did in the video for the Berlin Wall ceremony.
I’m sure his words and delivery will be quite moving, inspiring etc.

Is he disoriented perhaps thinking this ‘hood’ is in Chicago? Does he really grasp the loss the the decent, America-loving people who were killed and left behind mourning their loved ones? And to think that this is also happening on the 234th birthday of the United States Marine Corps. Rest in peace, Fort Hood heros. Semper Fi, Marines!
He HAS to appear. That is what a Commander-in-Chief does, and unfortunately he is the C-i-C for three more years and a couple of months.
Of course, the time for him to demonstrate leadership as CiC was last Thursday, but before he could be bothered about addressing the incident he decided he needed to give a shout out to one of the attendees and carry on for several minutes with frivolity and triviality about the government conference rather than acknowledging the solemn nature of the events that had occurred hours earlier.
For the sake of those affected I hope he does better than he did the day of the shooting..I cannot watch him...He has already “defined himelf” to me.
This speech will be just like the one on race where he tossed granny under the bus BUT like that farcical one it will be hailed as a landmark by the MSM and left wing

What is needed is a Military Express caravan to back up the Tea Party Express. Where is the outrage that our soldiers were slaughtered on their home base without a chance to defend.
I know a lot of folks are angry about it, but we won’t see that on the MSM.
