U.S. intelligence agencies were aware months ago that Army Major Nidal Hasan was attempting to make contact with people associated with al Qaeda, two American officials briefed on classified material in the case told ABC News.
It is not known whether the intelligence agencies informed the Army that one of its officers was seeking to connect with suspected al Qaeda figures, the officials said.

The Army should insist on a military tribunal trial rather than allowing our inefficient and corrupt criminal justice system to have anything to do with him.
Once the military tribunal finds him guilty, he should be executed by firing squad as expeditiously as possible. They could even raise funds for the victim’s families by selling raffle tickets for the positions on the firing squad. Say $100 per ticket for a chance to be one of the 11 or so shooters on the firing squad. They could probably sell a million tickets.
The first thing he should have been told when he woke up is that the Hospital was short on his type of blood so they had to mix human and pig blood together to keep him alive.

Hope he gets his Religious Leader in to talk to him - Actually I would prefer that he talk to God himself - that way he would know where he is going to end up - I can help with the meeting if needed. (Not really - maybe we should put him on the battlefield and tell him to find his other fanatics - after we implant a GPS)
