He was shot multiple times but not killed.

No kidding. It wouldn't surprise me if lines are forming even now to apologize to the shooter.

Past experience is that any crime committed on Federal land is adjudicated by the Federal courts. (The most common, albeit trivial, example I can think of most is that traffic violations on post are adjudicated by a Federal magistrate)
As an example, see this transcript of a briefing talking about an civilian who tried to enter the Pentagon with a weapon and 130 rounds of ammo (from 1997...no new news here).
Obama and Jon Cary (I think he was in Nam) will probably make sure he gets a Purple Heart for being wounded in the line of duty.
If he's not kept in solitary, it might not take long.

The spin is already in full force. I just heard an ABC reporterette say that the shooter “felt harassed because people made fun of his religion.” I’ll gladly pay $100 each time I hear the word “Muslim” or “Islam” on the MSM broadcasts. I predict I won’t have to fork out any money at all.
So I guess he avoided the 72 virgins this time.
Has anyone noticed that the only thing Muslim radicals want to do is turn our own country into the hellholes they’ve turned their own countries into? It’s all about pulling everyone else downward to their level instead of elevating people, culture, and government. I lived in the Middle East for a few years. They’ve managed to turn a gorgeous geographical area into an oppressed, ramshackle, squalid dump. Bottom line: Since you hate us and our way of life so much, GO BACK HOME. LEAVE US ALONE.
