Yup, things are about to turn, I don’t think we can take this crap anymore... the Military for one has to be, as a whole, so fed up with this: OK benefits, possible crappy living conditions, mediocre pay, and they risk their lives overseas and ‘in base’... that is just pathetic!!!

When I worked for the Command Surgeon that is what we were told when my boss tried to get some clearances yanked from some doctors at the Medical Center. He was told they have to have clearances in case a patient talking reveals something classified. I should have put sarcasm and explained.

This will be interesting. Will Obama allow him to be tried under the UCMJ - where he will be certainly executed, or will he move it to Federal Court. Would State court would have jurisdiction before the Feds?
