I was referring to the "conservative Republican House member" who referred to Bachmann with the comment: “When your captain’s crazy, it’s time to find a new ship,” the lawmaker said.

I believe CedarDave was referring to the unnamed “conservative republican congressman” (I think that was the description) who took an anonymous potshot at Michelle as being the “crazy captain”.
