And would it be too much to ask that every self-proclaimed conservative candidate seeking Republican endorsement actually subscribed to the Republican Party Platform?

was anyone else offered the option of voting on a machine or paper ballot?

I was, I always get a paper ballot. I am a computer hardware guy by trade, and I don't trust them dang computers.

Never - ever use your real identity on any on-line venue...

Then you can say what you wish... use a fake photo if you feel it necessary.

Better yet - have your real on-line ID ... then have an ALT ID - based basically upon real aspects of you -— but NO ONE could figure you out -—

Then say any damned thing you please.

“Who can possibly object to this framework for a big tent?”

The Democrats, who will say that the Republicans have been taken over by radical extremists. But since the Democrats are dishonest, who cares what they say?

Agreed. I'm a software guy and I've seen how the sausage is made. It's not a pretty sight.

Also don't like uppity talking machines.

My precinct in C’ville had two lonely Deeds workers at a table and a pop tent display for McDonnell. That’s the opposite of what it looked like during 08. Deeds was outside my restaurant in Cville yesterday (his only stronghold) and still couldnt muster the enthusiasm. That says it all. Thank you, Virginia, for putting an end to the affair.

Anyone to the Right of Olympia Snowe is a "Rightwing radical extremist" in the Lefts eyes.

We need to stop picking our candidates based on who they like, and start basing it on who can get our message out to the most folks.

i asked why we were going back to the dark ages.

The Diebold machines got rid of a little too much vote fraud for the local Democrat bosses' liking.

Yep. And I see this as a good thing.

They will have their jaws sitting on their laps when the flames of this conservative resurgence spreads across the entire country.

It's gonna be fun to watch!

I voted in Chantilly about 9:30. I was number 211. I don’t know if that’s good or bad for an off year.

Just curious, did you see anything/anyone unusual around your polling place? Like an ACORN or SEIU member bullying old ladies?

“Prediction: McDonnell carries Fairfax County, which means he carries VA by something quite a bit more than 10 points.”

Thanks so much for the update. This is so exciting and I’m jealous of you guys in CA, VA, NJ & NY who can vote today and hopefully make some history (which of course will not be reported in the MSM)

Didn’t Deeds beat McAuliff in the dem primary? Now the message is that Deeds was a terrible candidate? What does that make McAuliffe? LOLLLLL!
