Follow those races here. Report turnout, exit polls etc. as they happen..
The DMV will issue a a photo id card for $22.50, requires a certified copy of your birth certificate or valid passport for purported citizens, proof of legal residence for admitted non-citizens.
I am a firm believer in abolishing everything like 'motor voter' or late registration, even absentee ballots except for those who are physically unable to get to the polls or those who will be out of the country on election day.
is twelvety gazillionquadbillion more or less than eleventy-skadillion?? cause that’s how much I have..

So...
Military members serving overseas abdicate their suffrage when they put on the uniform????

It's too bad, really - I was thinking it was an elegant way of preventing voter fraud. Ballots probably aren't too hard to forge, but official government pens are a little trickier, so if they get back a ballot without a pen, it's a fake ballot. Can't read instructions? Not smart enough to vote.
Ping for later...
“I already did. You have eleventy-skadillion dollars and 43 cents.”
Mr. Sec. Treasury ... despite our differences, it is so nice to see that you frequent Free Republic. I know I should make it public that you post here, but I am simply impressed that you properly account for the $0.43. It shows you have virtue to account for that $0.43 in such a vast amount of fictional money ... like our dollar.

I think it’s pretty instantaneous. It is constantly changing depending on where people are placing bets.
BREAKING NEWS: Secretary Gates just informed President 0bama that two Brazilians had been killed in Afghanistan. The President, obviously shaken and saddened by the news, asked Gates "how many is a brazilian?"
It was pretty busy where we voted around 10am in OH. The poll workers sent a little old lady home to get her drivers license which she forgot for ID. Made me feel a little better, although I did feel bad for her wasted trip.

Friends, when you report turnout and other anecdotal info, it would help if you would add some context — GOP area, swing district, blue district etc
Thanks
I believe I heard Christie say yesterday they had 300 volenteer lawyers and alot of poll watchers.
It doesn’t matter what the media says about a GOP sweep. Keep your eye on House Democrats — not just the Blue Dogs.
You know, the race would’ve been much closer here in VA had Deeds not gone over to the Dark Side and swallowed couple of gallons of Democrap Kool Aid. He used to vote much more conservatively 10 yrs or so ago.
Well, and if he didn’t sound like a whiney 5 yo girl when he complains...which he does a lot.
BTW - I’d still vote McDonnell either way, but I believe the vote would’ve been much closer than I think it will be.
Fairfax is pretty liberal, so I don't know if the light turnout is good or not.
