Risk of Vote Fraud in Tuesday's Elections (Voterfraud@Foxnews.com)

-------

It is "very easy" to steal an election using absentee ballots, claims Jan Tyler, a former Denver Elections Commissioner who now runs the website National Election Reform Examiner. She said some people shoveling her driveway, for example, told her they knew that "six or seven absentee ballots were sent to dead people," and she fears the numbers across the country could be much larger than experts believe and that prosecutors do not take infractions seriously enough.

Fox News has found ongoing allegations of absentee ballot fraud in at least a dozen states involving recent elections, including contests this year. 38 ballots from this past September’s primary were thrown out by a judge in Troy, New York in an on going ballot fraud case that could lead to criminal prosecutions. Both Democrats and Republicans are accusing each other of illegal election activities there. And in New Jersey, where the race between Democrat incumbent Governor Jon Corzine and Republican challenger Chris Christie is extremely close, there have recently been a rash of absentee ballot related arrests in two local races. This comes as officials say about 2,300 absentee ballot applications do not match the signatures of those voters' registration cards, raising concerns about voter integrity or possible suppression on Tuesday. 19 people have been indicted this year for absentee ballot fraud related charges in elections in Atlantic City and Newark, and one campaign worker has plead guilty.

There should be some sub-chapter laws penalizing voter fraud as acts of treason.

That’s about what it boils down to. We sit back and take it. Of course they’re going to keep doing it. We do little or nothing to stop them before the fact.

She reminded me their side would have the president, house and Senate who controls the military and their equipment.

She might be surprised to see what happens if the Left ever tries to order the military to fire upon Americans.

Also, you don't see her or any other liberal saying they'd join the fight. They're only brave if someone else is doing it for them. That's why the Left talking civil war is nonsense - it's typical reverse-concept word-game bluster against the massive tsunami of rage they see growing against them in this country. The dimwit garbage-mouths are starting to feel an inkling that they may have finally gone too far.

Perfectly right but since that’s not the case, since the problem is not fixed, CONSERVATIVES SHOULD DO THE SAME THING !

This is a war and this should be one of the more important issue to save US democracy!
No democracy without fair elections!

Paper ballots that can be tied to a legal voter for purposes of random audit.

You are forgetting who controls the audit. In the Minnesota Senate race, there were actually cases where paper ballots denoting votes for Coleman were counted as votes for Franken on the basis that those same ballots showed votes for Obama. The auditors found it inconceivable that one would vote for Obama and not vote for Franken, so the auditors "corrected" those errant Coleman votes. So much for paper ballots.

The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.

Keep the microscope on New Jersey.

I have no doubts that Corzine and the other criminals in the democrat party are going to cheat like there is no tomorrow.

Please keep the focus on ACORN and the rest of those filthy rats.

I have the exact same problem as you, and I can barely stand talking to my sister either.

Unlike Black Panthers with truncheons at polling places, that would be voter intimidation and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law...

I’m convinced that’s how Obama “won” the election.

They cheat.

I honestly don’t think 0 really won either. And I think his entire ‘administration’ knows it.

Carnies that they are.

The wife thinks I'm crazy, but it seems to me that voter fraud is an organized overthrow of the rightfully elected government. That's treason.

Completely agree.

Of course they cheat. There aren't enough stupid people in this country to put democrats in office in most jurisdictions, and certainly not in the highest office in the country.

Voter fraud has been going on for a long time. I've spoken out against it time and again, but it falls on deaf ears in our country. The news media, for the most part, won't say a word about it ("wink wink, nudge nudge"). The democRATS do everything that they can to allow as much cheating as possible, and most republicans stay quiet on the subject. Given the bimbo that the GOP put into the race in New York's 23rd district, I would say that they're in on the game as well.

We truly are vast becoming a third-world bananna republic, living off the sweat and sacrifice of generations before us. When the accumulated wealth is spent, we will be the next Zimbabwe.

Anyone who doesn’t think that absentee ballots lead to fraud needs a wake up call. That is the easiest way to cheat, outside of the “We found 10,000 new ballots in the trunk of my car” ploy.

If you live in Jersey and spot anybody stuffing ballots into the trunk of their car, torch the car.

I’m from Illinois—we have at least as much if not more fraud as New Jersey. Yes, the Dems do go into nursing homes and “help” the bedridden fill out their ballots. And there is the ever popular “found” votes that turn up in the trunks of cars. Dems can easily make up a 3-5% difference.

That's outrageous...those auditors altered the course of the election, and should be in prison. However...that is why I believe that a ballot should be tied to the voter; so in the event of a random audit; the voter can be contacted to see if the vote cast was on the 'up and up'.

Never trust any Dem registrar of voters. Never. Never trust any ACORN-SEIU thug who will try to steal the Hoffman as well as the NJ election. Watch the absentee ballots. Watch the provisionals. The Dems are corrupt through and through on election day even as they call for honest elections. I hope the GOP sues and puts elections in court if the Dems try to steal these elections. One needs at least a 5% win in all elections to offset Dem theft.

Good morning Ulyssee...

My question “what are you gonna do?”, was
not rhetorical. I meant it as a sincere question
about how to “deal with it” (as you say).

I’m on your side.
