Risk of Vote Fraud in Tuesday's Elections (Voterfraud@Foxnews.com)

It is "very easy" to steal an election using absentee ballots, claims Jan Tyler, a former Denver Elections Commissioner who now runs the website National Election Reform Examiner. She said some people shoveling her driveway, for example, told her they knew that "six or seven absentee ballots were sent to dead people," and she fears the numbers across the country could be much larger than experts believe and that prosecutors do not take infractions seriously enough.

Fox News has found ongoing allegations of absentee ballot fraud in at least a dozen states involving recent elections, including contests this year. 38 ballots from this past September’s primary were thrown out by a judge in Troy, New York in an on going ballot fraud case that could lead to criminal prosecutions. Both Democrats and Republicans are accusing each other of illegal election activities there. And in New Jersey, where the race between Democrat incumbent Governor Jon Corzine and Republican challenger Chris Christie is extremely close, there have recently been a rash of absentee ballot related arrests in two local races. This comes as officials say about 2,300 absentee ballot applications do not match the signatures of those voters' registration cards, raising concerns about voter integrity or possible suppression on Tuesday. 19 people have been indicted this year for absentee ballot fraud related charges in elections in Atlantic City and Newark, and one campaign worker has plead guilty.

I voted this morning in NJ. I was there before the poll opened at 6 am, and I was the first person to step into the booth, even though there were four people ahead of me in line.

They had two tables set up, one for one district, and one for another. I gave the two women who were manning the table my name, one Caucasian and one African-American. I had two forms of photo ID in my hand, even though I know they don't require it in New Jersey.

After I have the women my name twice, the opened a book and one of the women told me to sign a name that was not mine. She pointed to the name of someone whose last name was my first name. I told her that wasn't even me.

I stated my name again, and this time I attempted to show them my driver's license and another form of photo ID. Their reaction was like Linda Blair's reaction to holy water in the movie "The Exorcist." They both were repulsed and angry.

Then, the African-American woman told me to sign another name, which was not mine, but one similar to mine. Again, I said I would not sign that name, and it wasn't mine! I was shocked at how nonchalant and cavalier they were about identifying and documented a voter from the rolls.

Finally, I pointed out my name myself in the book, signed the book, and signed a card, which they tore off. I had to do their job for them, because they had no standards whatsoever.

I walked across the room and handed the signed card to another woman, who escorted me to the front of the booth. After that, I was done in about 10 seconds.

We need a Voter Photo ID LAW in this nation! This is ridiculous.

In NJ, you must show a "point system" of ID to get your driver's license. It is very thorough. You need a combination of a birth certificate and/or a plethora of other ID to get the license.

In contrast, a vote in NJ is a joke in terms of documentation. I know why it is this way:

Now, we hear on NJ 101.5 FM that ACORN and the SEIU are going to try and introduce up to 50,000 absentee votes in NJ. Incredible.

Vote fraud is messing with the cornerstone of Democracy.

Vote Fraud is TREASON!

It should be punishable with the death penalty in my opinion. I am not joking.

One thing left out of my previous post (#101). I said I knew why there is not voter Photo ID law in NJ.

I say get rid of absentee ballots and early voting. Only in person, on election day, with I.D. and voter registration (and maybe have 24-hour polling.) Elections are important enough that only people who care and are responsible citizens will arrange their lives to make it to the polls.

Of course, obvious exceptions for the military and infirmed.

The problem is that when pubbies win despite rampant fraud, they have the attitude that there is no need to prosecute.

Even if we win in a landslide, we should bury the fraudsters under the jail.

I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised. It’s fortunate they caught it before the votes had been counted.

Right - which is my point with TribalPrincess. We don’t do that. But if we did, you can sure bet we’d be caught. When we catch them in half of their races, they say we’re right wing nut jobs. At least we have conservative media, or the traitor media would cover these illegalities until the cows come home.

All this said, doesn’t eliminate the need for integrity. That our side has - and that we shouldn’t and mustn’t cede in order to fight dirty ‘like the other side does.’

What is left if we do that? Just some bar room brawl.

Hey, we can stand up and fight, and have ba**s without losing our integrity, or our shorts...:)
