There should be more numbers tonight. It looks like Hoffman has NY-23 locked up. The liberal Republican endorsing the liberal Democrat not withstanding.

Don't get overconfident. All these polls limit their calls to the living. If ACORN is active, the pollsters are overlooking a huge block of voters who will support the democrat 100% (300% if ACORN is feeling lucky and their dead voters are energetic).

These smaller elections it's all about turnout and the side that has the FIRE will get the turnout.

Hoffman with all the endorsements has all the FIRE in this fight.

And IMHO Dede endorsing the Democrat....hmm how is that going to go over to rank and file Republicians? Not that well.

Granted Dede didnt win a primary race for this spot and was choses by the State GOP - those turkeys need to be named and ran out of town.

Hoffman was getting 45%, with Owens(D) at 26%, and Scuzzafava at 17% in the PPP polling throughout today, even after Scuzzafava had endorsed Owens.
In a two way contest Hoffman leads Owens by 15 points.
