A large explosion has rocked an industrial complex in Puerto Rico's capital San Juan. No word on causes or casualties.

The type of plane in question by what I can find out can hold 120 people.
Flightaware doesn’t show that flight to be missing. It says it is about 5 minutes out of San Juan, having left Ft. Lauderdale at 12:11am Eastern time with a 2:18 flight time.
It may be a downed plane, but this story sounds like a hoax.
Other reports place this as an explosion at a petrochemical plant.
Plane shows as delayed. Should be landing in 3 minutes if these reports are incorrect.
I agree the plane appears to be still flying.
I also agree with you that the news reports point to an explosion near or at the refinery.
Yes, I can’t find anything on Florida news sites about a downed and/or missing plane.

There is nothing to support a missing plane and/or a plane crash.
Flightstat shows “landed” ...on runway...whew.
