Yep. That’s all they ever have. And they never tire of using that old canard.

Interesting stats. It shows that either, the Cal Bar exam is very difficult (which is indeed true from what I’ve heard) and/or that school doesn’t prepare their students very well. If the latter, it would be a testimony to her intellect. That is, not only passing one of the more difficult state bar exams after receiving a crappy education in law...but also passing one of the more difficult state dental exams (so I’ve heard) as well. Now, perhaps she’s simply “book smart” and not “street smart.” But coming from a former Soviet satellite, I kinda doubt the latter. IMO.

Will she have to come up with the 20K?

I think that she's working on increasing it to $40K.

Not to “purse” an appeal?

Damn those spellcheckers anyway.

And, Orly Taitz is mentioned as an honored graduate.

They may want to rethink that distinction when all this is finally over with.

Hang in there Orly. Heroes are never popular...

But clowns generally are.

But clowns generally are... - I genuinely wonder how many of the Orly supporters have actually read her Notice of Appeal. She is NOT appealing the "result of the order" (dismissal), only any adverse findings about HER "the undersigned counsel" including fines. And this is a Profile in Courage?

There are a considerable number of people around here who believe Orly can do no wrong. And they mock those of us who criticize her and call us trolls. Well if we criticize her it's because to date we haven't seen Taitz do anything right.

What's not right taking on this issue?

Orley should have her own reality show.

Yeah, I can visualize it now: she gives legal advice while doing root canals.

“What’s not right taking on this issue?”

That it has precious little rational support, is ultimately serving to undercut conservatism and there are far more important battles to be fought.

Taking it on in such an inept manner.

undercut conservatism

Since when is wanting the Constitution followed and searching for truth NOT conservationism?

and there are far more important battles to be fought.

MORE IMPORTANT? We wouldn't be having other battles if we didn't have this one! Besides "THAT" excuse is one of your old talking points.

She’s taking it on!! And you are more interested in her failure than her success. She’ll be remembered as a lady who has guts to do the right thing, you’ll be remembered as a troll.

Perhaps if the federal courts were more interested in getting to the TRUTH of the underlying issues, instead of cowtowing to the thugs in the government, we would have already had a resolution of these issues.

She does well to point out a couple of important matters in the Notice of Appeal: that this outrageous sanction has the intent and effect to have a chilling effct on the efforts of other attorneys who may be considering representing a similar plaintiff; and, that it is not possible to conclusively say that the document the usurper produced is genuine unless it is compared with the document being hidden by the governor of Hawaii.

Ultimately, all this litigation is about obtaining the one document in Hawaii that he is fraudulently concealing.

He thinks he is soooo cool, but while all this is going on, his ratings have plummeted faster than any other potus. And that’s a fact the trolls should consider while they are waving their hopey-changey pom poms.

I applaud the efforts of ALL those who are attempting to persuade the courts to conduct a search for the truth.

She’s taking it on!! And you are more interested in her failure than her success.

First you would have to point out a single success that Orly has had.

She’ll be remembered as a lady who has guts to do the right thing, you’ll be remembered as a troll.

Being called 'troll' by a Birther is like being called 'ugly' by Helen Thomas.

This is a question of having limited resources and needing to pick your battles.

This Birther thing strikes me as like seeing a driver with an intermittent taillight. And the driver is legally blind, reeks of alcohol, has numerous open containers in the vehicle, a suspended license, no insurance, a sack of weed on the dash, a loaded machinegun on the seat and a fresh dead body in the trunk.

But the insistence is on arguing whether or not an intermittent taillight meets the legal definition of a broken taillight.

You use restrictions as an excuse for doing nothing - Orly doesn't. By the time your ducks are lined up, the game is over.
