The distortions will stand as fact . He easily could have forced an apology from Sanchez and Cnn. The attack by Mathews (suggesting violence ) has gone completly un mentioned by limbaugh. B.S. Rush has gone after the liars. He has intimated that lawsuits are pending. What do you want him to do, buy primetime adspace on all the networks.

By the way, I used to be frustrated with how weakly Bush responded to his critics. But more and more, I’ve become enamored of his style. Certainly, I’d rather not see the president whine about naughty networks that don’t report the way he wants them too. Of course, in Obama’s case, it’s one, lonely little network, whereas with Bush it was a gaggle the size of China constantly nipping at his heels.

Still, he could always get lower officials, from the Veep to the local Republican spinster, to do his dirty work for him.

Your ignorance is showing. Rush has talked at length about matthews’ violent remarks, and Huffpost is saying it will retract its smears. I sincerely hope other legal actions are in the works. Sueing that hit and run killer Sanchez would be a good start, if only to publicize what kind of people CNN employs.

Hey Einstein, first of all, how the hell do you know what Rush is doing?

Gee Pythagoras , if limbaugh was as aggressive as you he might get some where . So if you know the inside story on what he is doing please enlighten us. So it's none of my business , ok as a listener since the 80’s i will just tune out. It's nice to know his listeners like you won't allow me an opinion . You haven’t been a listener since the 80’s, or you would know he fights his own battles. The Reid letter is but one of a score of examples.

If I were Rush I would go after Harnden with legal action. This would force the many others to backtrack. Then select another and hit them to show that the letup will not happen even if they said or posted a retraction. It has to be someone very visible. No excuse for not attacking.

The retraction by those should be by phone on Rush's show and on the media they work with.

The one thing I have no respect for is cowards.

Ok so now i am a liar. Well , when i worked in the mod 80’s new york i lisened to him on wabc. I remember his banter with kieth iger his weatherman. I am aware of the Reid , ebay letter. I am voicing my opinion on this matter. I don't like being called a liar or being told i am not allowed an opinion. After all i never called you or that other idiot an old fool.
