Could you cite examples. All I heard was repeat of his statements.

You are asking Rush to prove a negative. He never said those things, there is no attribution available to prove he said those things, and as a result of the deliberate reportage of false information a significant libel or slander has almost certainly occurred at the hands of multiple individuals and groups.

Or, if you prefer, a significant denial of potential business advantage has occurred. Grounds for a lawsuit? Absolutely.

I couldn’t care about a football team but lest be real - what this is NOW come down to is that the Left Extremist Democratzis are preaching hate against the other half of the country in order to censor them or deny their access to the markets of this country.

To the point where they are acting to deny 1/2 of this country their right to a free market.

How does this not affect interstate trade - these actions are unconstitutional.

We have now reached the point where we are EXPECTED to be denied our rights to a participation with a free market.

One of the things I’ve heard again and again about the legal system is that winning a slander or libel suit is near impossible. Have you heard this too?

Did you try it a few time’s? If the same problem occurs they may be getting slammed hard with messages right now and their server can’t handle it.

I’ve already sent my goodbye’s to them. It’s easier than I thought it would be. College football would be a little harder to give up so I hope they don’t go down this road but I’d drop them too. Free’s up a couple extra day’s in my life now. It’s not even worth it for if we’re lucky one or two entertaining games a week. Used to be I’d enjoy most of them, but the league has gone soft, too PC, increase in questionable calls, plays favorites and seems to favor convicts like Vick.

I don’t know if the effect will be noticeable in any way that means a thing to them. Rush would be more profitable with lawsuits perhaps. But I don’t care. This was just the final nail. This divorce has been coming for a few years now.

I an perplexed that Rush didn’t see what is happening now as the likely outcome of his partnership bid. He knows that his adversaries use any opportunity to disparage him yet he put himself out there for others to take him down. I don’t understand how he could set himself up for failure as he has done. What am I missing here?
