He never said those things, there is no attribution available to prove he said those things, and as a result of the deliberate reportage of false information a significant libel or slander has almost certainly occurred at the hands of multiple individuals and groups.

One of the things I’ve heard again and again about the legal system is that winning a slander or libel suit is near impossible. Have you heard this too?
