South Carolina Primary Challenge For Double-Crosser Lindsey Graham, PLEASE
Fox News, NY Times Op-Ed (10/11/2009 ^ | 10/11/2009 | Fox News

Posted on 10/13/2009 5:00:24 AM PDT by AJAY

During the process of the impeachment of Bill Clinton, Lindsey Graham was the only Republican joining all the Hyde Committee Democrats in voting "nay" on Article Two, perjury in the Jones deposition. He killed it, a double-cross of Henry Hyde without doubt. This article had the best evidence against Clinton of any of the three articles of impeachment. As I remember, the judge in the Jones case had said that Clinton committed perjury. The extreme egotist, Lindsey Graham seems willing to do anything to attract special attention. He is nothing if not a shameless self promoter as the record shows. His latest desertion was in Sunday's New York Times where he joined John Kerrey, of all people, in an Op-Ed titled "Yes We Can (Pass Climate Change Legislation)." Graham is the one Republican who worries most about what The New York Times has to say about him.

Is there nobody in South Carolina with the ability to mount a serious challenge to Lindsey in his next Republican primary? I would love to make a contribution to such an effort if only I had an address of where to send it. I suspect a lot of other out-of-state conservatives would happily join me.

Forget about mealy-mouthed Little Lord Lindsey for now. He’s safe for years...If you want to help, focus on Beta-male Rino Bob Inglis (upstate, conservative South Carolina)—creepy metrosexual goober in the House of Reps. Silly, effeminate and highly vulnerable.

No, he had a serious challenger in the primary, Buddy Witherspoon, a REAL conservative, but people here paid him little attention. I covered this subject over at The Patriot's Flag.

Here in South Carolina, I'm still seeing "sheeple" around me ... people going on with their lives with NO THOUGHT of what is happening around them. Two people emailed me after my blog post that they at written to Graham ... which made 3 of us. I guess grass roots means ONE BLADE AT A TIME!

Thank heavens for Jim DeMint ... who just announced he is running again (yesterday).

I’d just like to see some little old granny take Lindsey Graham out back and kick his ass.
I mean put the punk in some hospital.
Go granny go granny go granny go.

Graham just won reelection in 2008. To a six year term.

>>>>>>rainy weeek bump<<<<<<

You sure got that right—a big storm has started here in Northern California.
South Carolina sure has some political problems right now and Lindsey Graham is the worst of them in my view.

I am dead serious when I say I think “someone” has pictures on Graham. And it’s not of dead girls...

Every time I see someone here wondering what happened to Lindsey Graham to make him turn so wishy washy when he was so strong during the impeachment hearings, I want to get sick. Ol’ Pansy was a backstabbing turncoat even back then. He has always been shifty. He just intentionally hid his leanings better back then. Now he knows it’s very hard to remove an incumbent, so he can pretty much do as he pleases until it gets close to his next election, when he becomes a staunch conservative of sorts. But you still know that whenever the time comes to deliver the killing blow to anything liberal, you’ll find yourself with Lindsey’s blade in your back.

I guess five more years is hard to contemplate but never too early to give Little Lord Lindsey some heartburn,

I once heard there was a good conservative well-known potential challenger with lots of money but I don’t know what came of it.

I have no knowledge of anything but it seems like “live boys” fit the picture best.

I remember the impeachment process and at first he seemed to be the one showing some balls, expressing moral outrage at the evidence he had seen. Then, he went limp.

Whatever he's done, past or present, someone has pictures or something that will shut him up and do make him do what they want him to do. Or, perhaps he's just being himself, an utterly worthless rino.

I would like to see a strong, common sense conservative black woman challenge him. He'd lose.

His backstabbing of Henry Hyde makes me outraged even many years later. Henry Hyde was as principled as anyone who ever served in DC.

In other words, SC people are as, I suspected, as clueless as their counterparts in ME, OR, or IL.

That seems correct. And when you don't pay attention, governments will take advantage of that every time and take your Liberty and Freedom and beat them into Self-Sustaining Power. ME, OR and IL are paying the price ... the rest of the country is on the brink of the same payment.

I remember it that way too. Before he showed his true colors, Lindsey was the big hero on Free Republic . In the end, California’s Jim Rogan was the real hero. He fought the good fight, knowing that it surely would end his congressional career since his district was dominantly Democrat. I also appreciated Charles Canady of Florida who had self term-limited himself and had the honor to keep his promise. So both are gone now when we need them.

That's exactly why I call him "Flimsy" Graham. The dictionary describes the word Flimsy as "Light, thin, and insubstantial".

In this case, "Flimsy" is light in the loafers, uses thin logic and lacks substance.

The conservatives in SC know that L.G. Needs to go. It will take millions to unseat that whiney girlyman.

Not necessarily, I think a real conservative could have a shot at this, especially with the votes he's making.

Count me in for a contribution if someone takes him on.
