the NPP lost most of it’s credibility when they awraded it to Arafat. What little it had left, it lost when they gave it to Carter and some hack on the award committe admitted they gave it to Carter in order to embarrass Bush. Now to give it to some clueless fool who’s done nothing, renders it completely meaningless.
Not only that but someone said the cut off for nominees to get the prize was Feb 1st ... 2 weeks after he took office!
