I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
And as I've answered repeatedly, ALL officers of the government, at EVERY level, and in EACH branch, has an obligation to uphold the law. And if the law does not require candidates to produce evidence of natural-born citizenship then those officers can't do much about it.
All the documents that are being asked for. You can do your own research.
The Constitution is the law.

It’s pretty clear who the birth certificate trolls are by now. I haven’t taken any ‘bait’ here..lol. I appreciate your post,and while your advice is worth considering, I’d much prefer to decide for myself to whom to respond and post. Thanks.
The COLB proves nothing, even if genuine. There are folks walking around with documents like it who were born in foreign countries.
But, you’ve been told that repeatedly. I’m constantly amazed at the number of facts you have the capacity to ignore.
So where does the Constitution outline what candidates have to do to prove their natural-born citizenship requirements?

Right, because it's so much easier to get into a college and get scholarships as a foreign student than as a black American student.
You'd have to ask Obama, and he's got no interest in giving more than he has.
But that doesn't mean you can go into court and ask a judge to investigate for you. That's not the function of courts. You have to do your investigating first.
You may not take an image of your birth certificate, post it to your website and refer the State Department to your web site for the birth documentation you have been told to provide.

Why am I not surprised that you need an "outline" in order to demand that our elected officials simply follow the clearest provisions of the Constitution? At least when it suits your purposes.
