Loyal to Liberty
I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
One *fact* is that Barry has produced *no* documentation worth calling that. Another *fact* is that there is a ton of prima facie doubt.
The same way anyone expatriates themselves.
There's no way to know if he did that until we see the relevant documentation.
Show me where I've ever said any such thing.
Hi N-S, I guess you have not been following all the threads, and as you go down the line of succession, you will find problems with the majority of those people, and NO I will not recite those problems to you, as they can be found on a search of the site just as easily by you.
Happy Hunting, if your really interested.
The only way Obama could expatriate himself is as an adult, in writing or through some specific action, and only as a deliberate act. It cannot be done by accident and it cannot be done for him by a parent or guardian.
All of which necessitates discovery going forward in this case.
Depending on how the court rules there may not be a case for discovery to go forward on.
All what relevant documents?
No, those are assertions.
How? I'm asking how you think he would have done that. What action could he have taken?
Those are facts.
Because there are no problems to recite.

It is true that Harry Reid is not in the line of Succession, he has problems of his own...

As far as Robert Byrd..again, KKK, his age (born in 1917)
and his political history.

JMO tho....
Then he would have had to appear in front of a US consul in a foreign country and sign an oath of renunciation after turning 18. That's the only way it happens. Now, if that never happened, what relevant documents are you going to find?
To sum up my answer to your post: This is not an either/or situation. As I’ve said repeatedly, ALL officers of government, at EVERY level and in EACH branch, has a sworn obligation to uphold the Constitution of the United States.
And one officer’s abrogation of that oath does not give license to any other officer to abrogate their oath.
“Everyone is doing it” is a juvenile, idiotic, argument. Such foolish childishness doesn’t cut it when it comes to the preservation of our Constitution, our form of government, and our liberty.
Are you handling pings to this topic? If so add me.
Well if he wasn't born overseas then that pretty much puts the natural-born citizen question to rest.
gnip...
We dont know what he has done or not done. If in fact, he is a naturalized citizen, as opposed to a Natural Born Citizen, then he knowingly committed fraud on many applications, and affidavits, and conspired against the American people to become president, and then with Malice aforethought (knew what he was doing), created havoc, and committed damage to our military, our finances, and our political scene, by enacting, signing, appointing, promoting, firing, personnel, and treasure unlawfully.
This is a treasonable offense:
TREASON - This word imports a betraying, treachery, or breach of allegiance.
The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. This offence is punished with death. By the same article of the Constitution, no person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
Pretty big "if" there.
One for which we have no documentation.
The Occidental College records may give the first clues, though.
Show us the birth records so we can find out.
