I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

Most federal law enforcement agencies were created by acts of Congress, like the Secret Service on April 14, 1865, or by administrative action, like the FBI in 1908. They get their authority from those acts, and that includes the power to carry firearms if necessary.
So what outlines the steps a presidential candidate must go through to prove their qualifications for the office?
But the states decide who appears on their election ballots and that includes federal offices as well as state and local. It's their laws that control that process, and if their laws don't require checking qualifications then the states don't, and can't be forced to.
No, I think you've forgotten what we're talking about. Look at the title of this thread. It's about a court case.
If you post a thread saying how much you'd really love to see Obama's documents, including the full set of birth records from 1961, I doubt anyone would argue with you.
When birthers post specious legal theories and assert facts that aren't facts, they can expect to get disputed. See the difference? Nobody has carte blanche to make assertions without being doubted, just because they don't like Obama. Not liking Obama doesn't mean anything one says has to be true.

It is willful not to discuss the bottom line problem - that Obama has not provided documentation to prove he is a NBC. It is better to these folks to argue all around that bottom line of the issue. It is like when the Left tried to say that oral sex is not really sex, everyone lies about sex while ignoring the whole problem of perjury and the sexual harassment cases against Clinton.
Should Obama be exposed as a fraud, that kind of amoral gamemanship will only grow from those who think the “ruling” elite are above the rule of law compared to the peons. We are going to hear that the constitution is racist for not being multicultural and embracing foreigners to be our President. We will hear that the constitutional requirement of NBC has been changed in that living constitutional thing meaning it means whatever the elite say it means from scam to scam.
What constitutes a ‘Page View’? Do you know? Is it everytime we refresh the page or it is unique to only one viewer and never counted again even that viewer comes and goes several times during the life of the thread?
Why do you believe him? Why is his claim sufficient? Why does it not matter that millions of Americans find his word not to be sufficient?
Even if he was born in Honolulu, which he hasn't proved, the possibility exists that at some point he expatriated himself.
All of which necessitates discovery going forward in this case.

Probably, it would be Ex-President Bush, who would retake the reigns until a new President is Elected. It would be virgin teritory, and would set new precidence. Since Bush is the last standing president, with the most recent experience, he would be the logical choice, however, there is a list to go down, and 95 year old Steny Hoyer would be next in line...

What is the "proper documentation" and to whom did he fail to present it? What specifically is it that you think was required? Be specific.

What problem? Establish the problem, with facts. That's where the birther thesis breaks down. That's why you get people arguing with you.

You can remove anyone from anywhere technically.
You cannot impeach a man who has no right to hold an office, you simply remove him, thru the courts if necessary.
What if I don't believe him? What if I agree with you that he's probably born in Kenya or wherever and that the COLB proves nothing? What of it? What says that because Non-Sequitur and EternalVigilance do not for one moment believe Obama's lame stories and his phony-baloney COLB then that means he has to produce his long form birth certificate? Or a certified note from the attending physician? Or affidavits from 16 witnesses present at the birth? Or any other document that establishes his credentials? Nothing, that's the problem. We can demand all we want to see that stuff and he is free to answer "No" and there is nothing on the books that can force him to produce anything. And that's got to change. And considering that the Dems control both houses of Congress and the White House then the only way it's going to change is at the state level.
