What if I don't believe him? What if I agree with you that he's probably born in Kenya or wherever and that the COLB proves nothing? What of it? What says that because Non-Sequitur and EternalVigilance do not for one moment believe Obama's lame stories and his phony-baloney COLB then that means he has to produce his long form birth certificate? Or a certified note from the attending physician? Or affidavits from 16 witnesses present at the birth? Or any other document that establishes his credentials? Nothing, that's the problem. We can demand all we want to see that stuff and he is free to answer "No" and there is nothing on the books that can force him to produce anything. And that's got to change. And considering that the Dems control both houses of Congress and the White House then the only way it's going to change is at the state level.

To sum up my answer to your post: This is not an either/or situation. As I’ve said repeatedly, ALL officers of government, at EVERY level and in EACH branch, has a sworn obligation to uphold the Constitution of the United States.
And one officer’s abrogation of that oath does not give license to any other officer to abrogate their oath.
“Everyone is doing it” is a juvenile, idiotic, argument. Such foolish childishness doesn’t cut it when it comes to the preservation of our Constitution, our form of government, and our liberty.
