I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
Thanks for the correction. No wonder I get the Secretary of State involved in my mind. But, was it as early as 1947 that it was changed? What caused Alexander Haig to act as though he was usurping Reagan’s authority when he was shot and Bush (pere) was out of the country? Haig was SOS, but Speaker Tip O’Neill would actually have been the one in line... That happened in the 1980s.
So long as the Supremes swore him into office, everything he or she did in the 3rd illegal term would have the force of law. That's how I read it, anyway.
There do not seem to be any silver bullets and we must defeat c(r)ap and trade, socialized health care, etc. etc. before they get signed into law.

For those who would riot if an illegitimate nominee is removed from a fraudulently obtain office, it is about time to have them revealed and dealt with. They are not an asset to a Republic, they are the useful idiots of communism and fascism. Buoldings we can rebuild. But if this afrfirmative action fraud is allowed to fundamentally transform America, the opportunity to depose the lying bastard without massive bloodshed will be past, so better to have it out now, before the bastard can close down the Internet and talk radio and build a domestic brownshirts army.
