Loyal to Liberty
I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
Someone, one of those purporting to be an expert on The Law (wether it makes sense of not, or provides justice or not) said that a denial of a motion to dismiss can't be appealed.
That actaully does make sense though, becuase it's not denying anyone due process or any other right, it's just allowing the case to go forward.
Yup
If I were the judge: Regardless of the merits of the case, I would slap the DoJ hard for not taking this seriously.
I'm sure West thinks it was amusing. I find it to be very unprofessional.
BTW, does anyone else find it strange that the "From:", "To", "Subject:", and "Sent:" headers in the email from the DoJ are in German?
Anyone else think that West had second thoughts about his first response? I wonder what he said in his second response? And I wonder what the judge will think?
There are no exhibits.
"Nuts" was West's response to Orly's demand for a discovery schedule, because the MTD has not been ruled on by Judge Carter.
The second response was just that: nothing. There was no response by West, nor did there need to be.
Taitz (actually Lincoln, who usually writes this stuff) is being a smart-a**.. I doubt she'll have the last laugh, though.
I think we know what the 'big deal' is. And I have YET to get one of the birther naysayers/(starts with T, rhymes with roll, ends with s) to admit that he or she is actually against the Obama leftist agenda vs. the rather obvious conclusion that they are for it.
That, to me, speaks volumes re: what the 'big deal' is.
Do you seriously think that client Obama would sue his own government attorneys for malpractice? If he doesn't like the job they are doing on the case, it's a lot easier for him to fire or replace them. I don't see how your reasoning applies to this particular case.

Amen - Orly is the one in the trenches fighting for the Constitution. I give her tremendous credit for being a fighter and not giving up.
Ewww.. I thought so! I do pray that the judge is understanding. She really has her heart in this. I hope it doesn’t go badly for her this time.
Where the heck is Kreep - I am realizing more and more that he is actually a creep and he is hoping she falls on her face. He hasn’t been very helpful at all.
Yeah, since we already have a term “Don’t mlo the thread”. Why shouldn’t Orly get some of the verb action too, eh?
Your belief would somehow be in conflict with the following or would it not?

There was a second response, but it only clarifies the first.

West is being the smart-ass here. It will be interesting to see if the judge lets it pass -- although in all fairness, he has given Taitz a pass on many things.
But, I would expect a DoJ lawyer to be more professional.
Wow.
Obama’s DOJ lawyers are about as mature as he is.
We have children in charge of our government.
You’re wrong. I know Gary Kreep and he could care less about the personalities involved. His concern throughout this matter has been exactly what it should be: the upholding of our Constitution.
TANKS,ya’ll,,,
Catchin’ up...
That would be nice. But unfortunately the Constitution says his term ended on 20 January 2009, at noon.
When you come right down to it, the Constitution does not anticipate that a cannidate would be found to be ineligible *after* the inaguration. But clearly states the qualifications to be eligible.
It will be a Smell of a Hess. But we'll get through it, much more readly than we could recover from having a usurper remain illigitimately in control.
You forgot her time in Israel and her marriage to an American, but why detract from her rags-to-riches story?
Shes easy to poke at with the wierd eyelashes and bleached hair, her broken spoken English and court submissions, her deficit in understanding of the English written word, and her unpolished court manners learned by her betters in the Ivy Leauge.
No, it's easier and even more entertaining to poke fun at her sheer bloody ignorance of the law and legal procedures. It boggles the mind how she could have passed the bar exam.
If you were on the school yard with minions, you could easly have her gang raped.
That is a completely asinine, but very Birther-like comment to make. You do your fellow fruitcakes proud.
You can not discount her heart deep attachment to that document of freedom that she appreciates more than most of the elite in America today because she did not have it in the Soviet Union and her relatives were severely persecuted. You can not deny her commitment. You also can not deny that the President and the elite are playing games with the people by shouting them down when they ask only for records to assure constitutional qualification of the Presidency.
But I can doubt her rationality and her grasp on reality.
I would not want to be on your side because it is a bullying pot shot side that cares nothing of the constitution and has grown synical towards liberty.
I would say that those of us you try to insult by calling rapists have more of an understanding of the Constitution and the law than ten Birthers put together. Yourself included.
I would not want to be you in this instance.
Yes, well I'll just have to learn to live with your disapproval. Now if you'll excuse me I'll try to limp along with the rest of my miserable life.
"You are obviously not a student of miltary history. Because you appear confused, let me be clear. Per Judge Carter's order, discovery is stayed in this case. We will not agree to any discovery in this case at this time."
What's wrong with that?
Correction: there are attachments. And they’re worse than no attachments.
Personally I think Dr. Taitz is in way over her head, but one thing she has demonstrated is Obama is not responsible or mature enough to be any kind of leader.
And his fans follow suit.
Dr. Taitz is not a part of our government, so I can forgive her incompetence, but Obama is an embarrassment to this nation.
