Loyal to Liberty

I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

It would be a fraud if he claimed to be an Indonesian citizen in order to get student aid when he was really a US citizen. It wouldn’t constitute a renunciation of US citizenship, though. And if he was an Indonesian citizen, you have to show when, after he turned 18, he went in front of a US consul in a foreign country and swore an oath of renunciation.

The sticking point here is, is/was he a U.S. citizen or an Indonesian citizen what his school application shows, and the Indonesian rules NOT allowing dual citizenship. Then throw into the cake mix that his father and himself undeniable were British Subject at birth. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to see that he then is NOT and has never been a NBC!!!

Using the race card very effectively to silence or challenge a black guy's credential is a cesspool of tyranny to silence anybody in the judiciary and the legislative branches and the cesspool odor stinks to high heaven!!!

Feel free to read the definition. You’ll find it applies to you.

But thanks for the fun graphic anyways.

If the magic negro were to be indicted for criminal misconduct and malfeasance, that would be a very good start.

A good follow up would be indictments for misfeasance and nonfeasance against any and all culpable individuals and orginizations. A few conspiracy and racketeer influenced and corrupt organization charges would put a nice and tidy bow on the whole package.

“... if you have a thin skin and are easily offended then you’re in the wrong place.”

LOL. Shortly after I joined (in ‘98), I got my tail feathers singed and I promptly returned fire. There was no response, so I lurked for awhile, anticipating another volley directed my way. However, there was no return fire and I begin to take notice of the flame wars erupting all around (usually the same posters).

You may not have seen some of the flame wars going on at that time, and I was just beginning to understand that I hadn’t really been singed at all, just had a warning shot across the bow, so to speak, LOL.

I decided then to be a whole lot more tolerant and developed a much thicker hide (harder to skin, don’cha know).

I wish Jim (and John) would invent a ‘way-back’ machine (feature) that would let us peruse some of those old threads (just for laughs and historical purposes).

Then again, maybe not, heheh.

Indonesian citizenship law doesn’t enter into it, unless you believe that foreign law trumps US law as to who is and isn’t a US citizen. The law is explicit on how someone can lose their citizenship. You need to show that Obama went in front of a US consul and swore an oath of renunciation after turning 18. That’s the only way it happens. If Indonesia considered him a citizen that’s their affair and it has no bearing on his US citizenship whatsoever.

At one point, the delegates writing the Constitution in 1787 considered THREE "presidents" in the Executive for "checks and balances." They ALSO considered a "Natural-born citizen" clause for Senators in the Constitution, as well. Debating those issues, they felt that a NBC clause for Senators would limit the pool of possible candidates, and MAY cause bad feelings with immigrants needed to "jump start" the newly-formed republic.

In the end, the Framers compromised that Senators be required to be US residents for 9 years, while striking the "Natural-born Citizens" clause for Senators. INCIDENTALLY, THIS SHOWS THAT THE FOUNDERS UNDERSTOOD THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE between Citizens and "Natural-born Citizens", and the implications both classes carry. In the end, it came down to NUMERICAL Checks & Balances within the Senate, eventually become 100 Senators that debate and vote for the nation's laws.

The Framers, concerned about power corrupting ONE man like King George III, also considered THREE "presidents" in the Executive branch. In the end of course, they compromised on ONE Executive. BUT to ensure internal "checks and balances," the Framers inserted in Art II, Sect. 1, Clause 5: "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..."

The NBC clause was NOT an accident, nor was it an inane rule to be restrictive to immigrants, and it certainly isn't just a "political" issue easily modified by a ever-changing Immigration policy ... undying, unwavering, and unquestionably LOYALTY to the US is the reason the NBC clause was inserted into the Constitution for the POTUS — because of limited numerical checks and balances in the Executive branch. They did not want Benedict Arnold-types that might gain power via foreign financial influence and then change his allegiance to another nation.

TO PUT IT INTO PERSPECTIVE:

We have NINE Justices sitting here (internal checks and balances):

We have a total of 535 Senators & Representatives sitting here (internal checks and balances):
and

BUT only ONE person sitting here (NO internal checks and balances):

THUS is the importance of "Natural-born citizen" as understood by our Founders, and the criticality in maintaining our Constitution within its intended framework — with all of the other "check and balances" intact.

Thank you for this research. I hadn’t known that at one time the Framers wanted three chief executives. It makes sense that natural born citizen status was meant to serve as an internal check and balance on the chief executive.

Well of course there is a difference. A citizen can be naturalized of natural-born.

BUT only ONE person sitting here (NO internal checks and balances)

The checks and balances are provided by the other two branches of government, as my seventh grade civics class taught me.

His school application also shows he was born in Hawaii. I guess that puts the whole birth certificate question to rest as well, right?

...and the Indonesian rules NOT allowing dual citizenship.

Irrelevant. If U.S. law says you're a citizen because you were born here then Indonesian law cannot take that away from you. Nor can anyone give it up on your behalf. You have to do that on your own and only as an adult.

I think that if it can be revealed that Barry Soetoro kept using Indonesian citizenship as an adult, and has been concealing that fact from the American people, then the legal niceties of the NBC issue will pale in comparison to the intensity of the scandal Barry will experience as his multiple lies are exposed.

"Feel free to read the definition. You’ll find it applies to you."

I did. In fact none of it applied to me. But there are parts that could apply to you, since constantly yelling "troll" and making the discussion about other posters is a way to distract the forum.

"But thanks for the fun graphic anyways."

Any time. I liked that one. I'll have to start using more of them.
