Rangel dodges the bullet again with a little help from his corruption-enabling friends.
Final vote tabling Carters resolution to remove Rangel from W&M chairmanship: 243-156. 19 voted present. 3 REPUBLICANS joined the Democrats. Will post roll call vote as soon as it is up.
