I get a big kick out of all the speculation, too. N. Korea good buddies with China, Iran good buddies with Russia, and we pretend they have difficulty getting hold of the means to build advanced nukes.
I think their "slow progress toward" is all for show.

That Al Beardedanus fellow from the IAEA was saying that Iran was 6 months out from having a nuke 4 or 5 years ago - and that we should make concessions, end sanctions, and send aid for the suffering nation.
I think it always bothered him that he couldn't produce for the mullahs the same deal kim jong il got.
