potential human ancestor

No need to modify the title. We all know it's horsecrap.

That thing doesn’t come from my family tree. It does remind me of someone.

Let us wait a few years to let the opposition have a look at the data and materials.

I love how they always put puppy dog eyes and a smile on these fraudulent finds.

“Ardi could climb trees, using lengthy fingers and big toes for grasping, but she could also walk on the ground on two feet.”

Sounds kinda like me! At age 10.

“Such provisioning by males would have favored those males who could best walk on two feet, according to the researchers, allowing them free hands for carrying food. Provisioned females could have “intensified their parenting” and carried their infants, which is easier to do in woodland environments when the forelimbs are free.”

But this could just as easily and accurately be said:

Such provisioning by males would have favored those males
who could best run on four legs, according to the
researchers, allowing them to get to food supplies first.
Provisioned females could have “intensified their
feeding” producing stronger infants, which makes it easier to hang on to their mothers since her forelimbs need to be free to walk in a woodland environment.

The first part is from the article, the second I wrote using the first. A “just so” narrative is just that and tells us nothing.

At least they have a partial something. There is no proof at all of a higher power. The New Testament was hand picked at the Council of Nicaea when Rome decided it was time to change course. Do I personally believe? No. Do I care if anyone does? Absolutely not. Doesn’t bother me at all. Whatever floats your boat. Hell, I even say “Under God” during the pledge. Who am I to tell people what to believe. It’s just funny to see people act just like the libs they hate so much and outright dismiss something where there is some form of evidence and believe in something where there is none. What is the one true religion? Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism....I can go on and on. I hate liberalism as much as anyone on here. I hate Obama, his wife, and their beliefs but some of the subtle bigoted comments are pretty ridiculous. By the way I hate to piss in your cheerios but human and chimp DNA are 98% identical. Oh well. It is what is. I just don’t get the big deal. I am doing pretty well for myself even though my cousins and great granddad x 1,000 are/were chimps.

I never see anyone who opposes evolution ever back their claim up with anything. All they say is ‘lies’ or ‘propaganda’ without explaining why. It makes them look like idiots.
