Marc Lamont Hill has responded to my Newsreal post about The O'Reilly Factor's decision to make him their black in residence and to provide him a whole segment recently to share with us his views of the crisis with Iran. I pointed out that Hill's expertise, such as it is, is hip-hop culture -- the very low end, in other words, of popular music which is better known as rap. Why was Hill on at all? Because he's Fox's black academic. But what kind of academic? With an expertise in rap music, Hill has a professorship at Columbia University, illustrating my often made observation that our liberal arts colleges have fallen to their lowest intellectual level in 100 years.

Isn’t “rap music” an oxymoron, like “masturbational love?”

When he is on with that intellectual lightweight BOR the host just stands there while Hill throws fastballs right by him. Hill is a certified idiot, and I suspect like Obama an Ivy league guy who got shuttled in with a 1050 Sat and a 3.0 GPA out of high school. A black organ grinder monkey that the Ivy league leftists could have dance and sound intelligent upon command. Watching him on BOR you can feel yourself getting dummer. From Hill incessant in need of speech therapy, spittled ramblings and BOR single syllable utterances it reflexively makes me want to switch the channel. Hill is a documented racist and communists who adds nothing to public discourse but tired cliches and incoherent ramblings. His idiocy is well documented here.

So true and sad since our generation and everyone below us are pansies. Both my MIL and FIL were Army in WWII and are both still very much alive. MIL was a nurse here in the states and FIL was a foot soldier, walked across France.

Back in the 70s these guys getting hired were called Equal Opportunity hires, but back in the day they stayed in the shadows and pulled the paycheck and were asked little of them from the broadcast media unless it was Sunday morning gospel shows.
Hill thinks because he has an alphabet behind his name he is important, NOT!
The mute button on a remote is more important than the power button.

Hill has also tried his hand at doing Bulls & Bears on Foxnews. He, without much trying, makes himself look even more the fool arguing with egghead finacial folks.

What is it that he teaches at Columbia University?
Speed talking and defending the indefensible.

I believe the term is, “useful idiot”. Does Hill even know who coined that term?
