Attorney Orly Taitz, a national figure in the “birther” movement and lawyer for an Army captain who sought to stop her deployment to Iraq on arguments that President Barack Obama can’t legitimately hold office, has filed a motion to withdraw as the captain’s lawyer.
Taitz, who represents Capt. Connie Rhodes, filed her latest motion Saturday. It cites two court documents as reasons for withdrawing from the case — a Sept. 18 order from U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land threatening $10,000 in sanctions against Taitz and a letter purportedly signed by Connie Rhodes, which asks for Taitz to be removed as her attorney.
“In order to defend herself, the undersigned counsel will have to contest and potentially appeal any sanctions order in her own name alone, separately from the plaintiff, by offering and divulging what would normally constitute inadmissible and privileged attorney-client communications,” Taitz states. “The undersigned attorney will also offer evidence and call witnesses whose testimony will be adverse to her (former) client’s most recently stated position in this case.”
It appears, however, that Taitz didn’t sign her motion. Court records filed Monday state that the motion must be filed again because Taitz didn’t sign it.

Actually the guy I referred to is a very nice guy, not the huge ego at all .. he could do radio/tv, etc and that was fine .. standing in front of a judge and jury was a whole other story.
You’ve been busy. Now if we can take advantage of these laws on the books. You bringing them up for attention is a start.

As I've repeatedly explained, it doesn't matter if he was a dual-citizen. Yet you keep saying how he admitted it as if it meant something.
"working on" getting a case isn't the same as having a case. That's what I'm telling you. You need to have a case first.
Election officials have no role. The election is over.

Note: Having suspicions, doubts, and unanswered questions, is not evidence, let alone proof. Suspicion is not enough. List your proof.
You are making things up again. There's no case, and no remedy involving vacating a presidential election.
I’m making nothing up. The Constitution itself tells what happens when a president is deemed unqualified.
I can only list the proof that he hasn’t been vetted by anyone. The rest is circumstantial evidence, but perhaps not for much longer. Hold tight, you boy marxist hero is going to go down in disgrace.
Are you an attorney? Of yes, and you are a conservative who believes in the constitutional requirements, such as those for becoming a president... Why don’t you see the positives and attempt to find solutions rather than argue and fight against getting the truth or proof out? You’ve been here since ‘98. I would think by now you would be fighting for the finality, the truth, to get everything out in the open so the case will be closed.

The only ‘proof’ as to place of birth is accessible only to one person. That person has spent well in excess of One Million Dollars to keep the said ‘proof’from the courts and from the American people.
Why aren’t you asking that the proof as to place of birth be presented, and end this entire matter once and for all?
The ‘proof’ as to place of birth establishes only that; it does not determine status as ‘natural born citizen,’ but that’s quite another issue.
Must be nice living in that little rubber foamed padded Utopian world of yours.
I have confidence "We the People" will find several real world remedies applicable to the coming situation.
aaahhhh, yes. of course. the framers put that NBC requirement in the Constitution to ALLOW for dual citizens at birth to be considered POTUS eligible. it’s so obvious now that a bin laden, or kim jong il son or daughter born in the states to a US citizen mother, would be Commander in Chief eligible. Yup...got it.
