aaahhhh, yes. of course. the framers put that NBC requirement in the Constitution to ALLOW for dual citizens at birth to be considered POTUS eligible. it’s so obvious now that a bin laden, or kim jong il son or daughter born in the states to a US citizen mother, would be Commander in Chief eligible.
