News just on FOX: An Acorn Field Director has "flipped", is now working with Nevada Attorney General on case against ACORN. Nevada Acorn offices raided, field manuals on how to commit Voter Registration Fraud seized.
I am amazed that something I posted in a matter of two minutes this AM AS SOON AS I SAW IT ON FOX, has so far gotten well over 300 responses. I searched with Keywords, and found that NO ONE had posted anything relating to Acorn and Nevada and Attorney General, etc. so I assumed it WAS
a brand-new- as- of- today story, (though it seems unusual that a story like this would officially break on a Sunday morning. I notice from scrolling down through the replies that a number of people questioned my “sources” as though this was an “old” story. If so, I’d never heard of it.
The avalanche of replies , mostly positive as far as I could see, shows just how grateful all of us are for the continuing “bad” news for ACORN, and the good news for America.

The story that the Nevada AG raided the ACORN offices and filed charges is from 2008.
However, the description you posted that the ACORN Field Director flipped on ACORN is recent news. Chris Edwards plead guilty not too long ago and recently decided to cooperate with the prosecution. It’s a legitimate news update.

supreme, it's a great headline;(video helps put meat into your post) being amazed at the response........well, it just shows you the grave concern everyone feels (at least the most vocal of us) for the country because if there is anyway to bring these bastards down, we are going to be looking at closely. With that said, maybe it was the original headline as if it were a new development, alot of people are going to jump at it because it means 'Our Country' and it's future and a possibility of at least shedding doubt on the election. Personally, I apologize for questioning, but just do not want to chase phantoms. There's just so much on the plate already, if you know what I mean.

Certainly there was substance to this report. The poster just picked the wrong title to summarize the article. The actual description that he posted of the discussion that took place on Fox News was accurate.
Chris Edwards, ACORN Field Director in Nevada, pleaded guilty recently and has since decided to testify against ACORN. That is news and it is significant.

caveat, you've probably been out most of the day, please read some of the previous posts. In my interpretation, this video/news was aired this morning (see copy I sent you) but was based on last year's actions from NV AG and SOS. However, that doesn't diminish the importance because the 'trial' is coming up this week. As far as toying with us, aren't the moderators the only ones that can change titles/headlines? The first revision had 'UNCONFIRMED' behind it and then the video was posted and then it was changed to 2008...

The poster clarified from the beginning that he or she heard it on fox news. Oldteen found the link. I don’t see any deception going on...and it’s not the first time mods have ‘modified’ thread title. Sometimes they include a history link to explain the changes and sometimes they don’t. We got to the bottom of it, and that’s what matters. The more info out there the better. If it weren’t for this thread I wouldn’t have found the thread about obama wanting to silence acorn critics!! (Sigh)
