Not to put too annoying - but shouldn’t the file be called ‘ACORN/COI and 300+ associated organizations’?

Good point- the further you look, the more involvement you see by seemingly every organization, and politician.

I know beyond any doubt that ACORN was a party to the caucus fraud during the 2008 Democratic Primaries to steal votes for Obama. I know this is long, but here’s my experience with people whom I believe were ACORN and SEIU activists.

As I have said before, I answered the challenge from Rush Limbaugh to vote for Hillary Clinton in the March 2008 Texas Two-Step, which is an open primary election and Democratic Party precinct caucus held on the same day. McCain had the Republican nomination locked up at that point, so I wasn’t wasting my vote by voting Democrat. I would still be able to vote for whomever I wanted in the November 2008 general election. I did volunteered extensively and vote for McCain/Palin in the general election.

At my precinct polling station, the line to vote in the Democratic primary was out the door. Whereas the line to vote in the Republican primary was only two or three people at a time. I asked the RNC staffers if it had been like that all day and they said turnout had been very light. When I approached the front of Democratic primary voter sign-in line, I overheard several people in front of me asking the DNC staff for clarification that they could vote for whomever they wanted in the general election if they voted in the Democratic primary. It appeared there were many people like me who participated in Operation Chaos.

After voting in the primary, I called my aunt, who is a lesbian and hardcore Democrat to tell her that I had just voted Democrat for the first time in my life. We had a good laugh because she’s always telling her friends about her “SUV-driving, gas-guzzling, non-recycling, RNC card-carrying, conservative, misguided relative.” Since I had never participated in a Democratic Party primary before, I didn’t know that one also needs to attend the precinct caucus, which is held the same night of the primary, usually just after the polls close. My aunt was a Hillary-supporter, of course, so she begged me to attend the caucus.

In preparation for the caucus, I downloaded, printed, and reviewed the Texas Democratic Party (TDP) rules and borrowed a copy of Robert’s Rules of Order from the lady next door who is a PTA officer. I familiarized myself generally with proper procedures so I would know what to expect and how to raise points of order and such.

My spouse and I showed up at 7:00PM after the polls closed to attend the Democratic Party caucus for our precinct. Texas law and TDP rules mandate that only register voters who voted in the precinct primary election can attend a precinct caucus. As we waited in line to be verified, we noticed that several people ahead of us didn’t present their voter registration card to precinct staff and their names and signatures were not verifed in the precinct polling logs. Too many people to count were allowed into the caucus without official verification. Two people in front of me were allowed into the caucus based solely on facial recognition by a DNC precinct caucus staff member.

Texas Democratic Party (TDP) rules require that caucus attendees sign in on an attendance sheet indicating their contact information (name, address, phone number, and email) and designate their choice for president (referred to as presidential preference.) Once inside the caucus area, caucus staff told us to form three separate lines: one for Clinton supporters, one for Obama supports, and one for voters whose registration card had not been stamped “Voted in Democratic Primary” at the precinct polling place. I took visual note of the number of Clinton versus Obama supports in attentance and also performed head count of the number of people in each line. There were no more people straggling in from outside. Everyone who planned to attend the caucus seemed to be there. From my estimates there were significantly more Clinton supporters than there were Obama supporters. Even if everyone in the “unstamped/unverified” line were Obama supporters, Clinton still had more representation.

The caucus was overwhelmed with attendees and the precinct staff was clearly unprepared to handle such a large crowd. The three caucus registration lines were moving slowly and it became obvious that we wouldn’t be able to convene the caucus until late in the evening. The precinct staff announced that we should divide into six lines, three lines for each candidate: one line for those with stamped voter registration cards, one for unstamped voter registration cards, and one for those with no identification. Confusion ensued as people moved from one line to another. As I stood in line at the Clinton registration table, I noticed that the lines at the Obama registration table were moving two or three times as fast as the Clinton lines. Most of the precinct staff wore Obama t-shirts or stickers, which was a little unsettling.

My voter registration card had not been stamped at the polling station earlier, so was in the “unstamped/unverified” Clinton line. As I neared the front of the line, I watched the precinct staff verify voters. Again, some voters were verified by facial recognition and their names and signatures were not checked in the precinct polling logs. Once verified a caucus attendee fills out the attendance sheet (described above.) Because time was running short, the precinct staff began telling people to sign-in with their name and phone number only to speed things up. They indicated that they would take a head count of attendees for each candidate when we convened the caucus and split up into two groups. Because of the lax rules that they were following for verifying voters, those instructions raised a red flag to me.

I knew from reading the TDP rules that the caucus attendance sheets were mandatory and designated as public information. I watched as the five or so people in front of me filled in only their names and phones numbers leaving their presidential preference blank. It seemed shady to me, so I made sure to write in “Clinton” as my choice for president. Intuition told me to take mental note of the voter names on the page above my signature.

Because people were getting restless and some needed to go home or attend to children, they asked the precinct staff when the caucus would convene. I personally heard staff members tell people that they could go home if they had signed the caucus attendance sheet. When people questioned them about whether or their vote would counted for Clinton or Obama, the staff told them that the caucus attendance sheets would be used to allocate the number of delegates to each presidential candidate. Remember that they previously instructed those people to leave their presidential preference blank. The staff conveniently left out the fact that those not in attendance when the caucus convened would miss the vote for party platform changes and would not be able to vote for delegates to represent their candidate at the upcoming district/senatorial convention (caucus). The crowd had naturally broken into separate groups on opposite sides of the convention hall. My spouse and I both noticed that a significant number of Clinton supporters left and few, if any, Obama supporters left. I was an obvious difference and I wondered what the Obama supporters knew that we didn’t.

Finally everyone was verified and signed in and the caucus was called to order. We were told to split into two groups on opposite sides of the convention hall by presidential preference. Precinct staff came around to perform a head count of attendees in each group. Because I had familiarized myself with the TDP rules, I remembered that the attendance sheets served as the basis for calculating the number of delegate to be alloted for each candidate. So at the time, I thought nothing of the fact that so many Clinton supporters had left. I also knew that the attendance sheets were public information and subject to review by anyone who asked to see them.

Precinct staff finished tabulating the numbers from the attendance sheets and announced the number of precinct delegates that Clinton and Obama each were alloted. Obama was allotted significantly more delegates than Clinton. That raised a red flag with me because my earlier unofficial head count showed significantly more Clinton supporters.

Precinct staff then instructed us to elect our delegates and one alternate for each delegate. By this time, it was late in the evening, close to 10:30 PM. The Clinton caucus had about 15 people in attendance and the Obama caucus had about 50. Note that the original number of caucus attendees was close to 200 people. (I’m told that previous years had 7 - 12 people TOTAL.)

I immediately asked the precinct chair and secretary to review the attedance sheets to verify their math. At first they refused to let me see them telling me that it was confidential voter information. I had my TDP rule book with me, so I showed them rule that indicated anyone could review the attendance sheets upon request during the caucus with a formal written request or permission from TDP staff.

As I flipped through the sheets, I first noticed that the presidential preference column frequently had the same handwriting on multiple lines. Again, that raised a red flag when I remember that we had been instructed to leave that column blank to save time. I found the page with my name on it and examined the names above mine that I had taken note of earlier. Every single one of them had the presidential preference filled out in the same handwriting and Obama was listed, not Clinton. Remember that I was in the Clinton registration line. I confronted the precinct chair about it and he told me that the precinct staff had milled through the crowd to contact anyone who left their presidential preference blank and filled it in for them so that’s why the handwriting was the same. When I asked him why people in the Clinton registration line had a presidential preference of Obama, he blew me off saying that people just got in whichever line they wanted or was shorter so that didn’t matter.

As the Clinton caucus went about the process of electing delegates and alternates, we found that we had only enough people in attendance to fill all of the primary delegate spots and half of the alternates. The TDP rules indicate how votes for delegates are to be tabulated, but that didn’t matter because we didn’t have enough people to worry about a majority vote. Precinct staff handed us a sheet of yellow legal paper to write down our delegate names and contact information. Remember, I’m a hard-core Republican voting in a Democratic primary and caucus. Do you really think Democrats would intentionally elect me as a delegate to represent Clinton? Because we didn’t have enough people, I signed my name to be a primary delegate. My spouse signed up to be an alternate.

Once each group has elected their slate of delegates and alternates, the whole convention convenes to ratify the entire slate of delegates, issue challenges, if any, submit and vote on party platform changes, and conduct other party business. Robert’s Rules of Order governs the proceedings.

TDP rules mandate that the entire slate of precinct delegates be affirmed by a full vote of the convention. (Those who went home didn’t get to participate in this important procedure.) The precinct chair didn’t call for a vote of affirmation and frankly didn’t seem to know what he was supposed to do. The first order of business for the full convention is to elect a delegate chair for each candidate’s slate of delegates. We did that. Then the convention is supposed to elect a precinct delegate chair to oversee organizing and communicating with the entire slate of precinct delegates in preparation for the upcoming district/senatorial convention in one month. Because Obama had more supporters in attendance, they outvoted us and elected an Obama delegate as precinct delegate chair.

Once all of the precinct delegates were selected for both candidates, we were to elect a delegate chair for the whole precinct. Because Obama had been allotted more delegates, an Obama delegate was elected as the chair because they had more votes. The precinct chair told the delegate chairs that he would email them contact information for their candidate’s delegates. The Clinton delegate was never contacted and her repeated phone calls were never returned.

Three days before the scheduled county/senatorial district caucus, I had not heard from the Clinton delegate chair or the precinct delegate chair. We didn’t know where or what time the district convention would be held because it hadn’t yet been published by the TDP. It turns out that the precinct caucuses were so overwhelmed that the TDP had to scramble to find facilities large enough to hold the expected number of delegates from all of the precincts in that district. I finally had to contact the TDP county chair to find out the date, time, and location of the district caucus. I also requested contact information for the Clinton delegates from my precinct because it was supposed to be public information. I was told to contact the precinct chairman for that information. As expected, my phone calls were not returned.

So, my spouse and I showed up for the district convention expecting to find the other Clinton delegates from my precinct. There were so many people there that that was an impossibility. We waited in line for four hours to sign in and obtain our delegate credentials. After we signed in, we found our precinct’s section in the convention hall. I noticed immediately that all of the Obama delegates and alternates were already credentialed and seated. When I asked how they got signed in so quickly, they evaded the question. When I went out to get a Coke, I noticed that district convention staff were pulling Obama delegates out of line (by precinct) and giving them their credentials while saying nothing to the Clinton delegates waiting patiently in line.

I knew something was up. As I sat with my precinct delegates, I listened to their conversation as much as I could. They kept referring to a precinct delegate meeting that had obviously taken place sometime prior to the district caucus. I confronted the precinct delegate chair, who was an Obama supporter, and asked him about the meeting. He informed me that he had received training from the TDP (I suspect it was ACORN) and had held a meeting with the Obama delegates to prepare their strategy for the district convention. I asked him why he hadn’t included the Clinton delegates in a precinct meeting and reminded him that he was not only the Obama delegate chair but also the precinct delegate chair.

He gave me some obviously legally prepared response that said he had been advised by counsel (at that TDP training session for precinct delegates) that he and the TDP could be held responsible for any misinformation given to delegates. So he made the decision not to include the Clinton delegates because he was afraid of being held liable. I asked him how he obtained the contact information for the Obama delegates. He said the precinct chair (another Obama supporter) had emailed it him as promised at the precinct caucus. When I scoffed at him and told him that contact information hadn’t been emailed to the Clinton delegate chair, he said he had it and would be happy to share it with her. I was really angry and basically told him that I knew he and other precinct staff were playing a game and that I intended to report him to the TDP, he laughed and said that he had been advised by counsel and wasn’t worried about having broken any rules. He was sure everything was done according to TDP rules and procedures.

Because the Clinton delegate chair never received contact information and the precinct delegate chair intentionally excluded Clinton delegates from the precinct delegate meeting, only 3 of the 10 primary Clinton delegates showed up, including me, my spouse, and our chairwoman. Essentially the Clinton delegates were in default. TDP district convention rules dictate that all delegate position must be filled. So because all of the Obama delegates and alternates were in attendance, the Obama alernates were assigned the unfilled Clinton delegate slots. We were outnumbered and had no chance at winning any vote.

At that point, we had been at the district convention for 8 hours and the convention hadn’t even been called to order. We decided it was a lost cause, so we three Clinton delegates went home. (We did make an attempt to contact other Clinton delegates from our precinct, but it was a Saturday and nobody could make it.) The Obama alternate delegates assumed our three spots, so no delegates from our precinct were there to represent Clinton. The Obama thugs had gamed the system and followed the TDP rules just enough to make it legal.

Before we left and as we were making phone calls to Clinton delegates, the convention chair announced that the Obama and Clinton attorneys had negotiated a 50/50 split allocation of challenges made to delegates. Each candidate’s legal team is given a list of all of the precinct delegates and has an opportunity to file a challenge objecting to delegates for technical reasons, such as the fact that they actually didn’t vote in the primary or other similar issues. The district convention as a whole must vote on each and every single challenge, allowing or rejecting that delegate. (Thus the importance of attendee verification at the precincts.) The Obama attorneys again overwhelmed the process by challenging approximately 25% of the entire district slate of delegates. To vote on each challenge would have put us there until well past midnight. We had arrived at 8:00AM that morning, so nobody wanted to go through that process. (There wasn’t a PA system in the room. They were using bullhorns, so we couldn’t hear anyway. The 50/50 split was grossly unfair to Clinton because the Obama attorneys had challenged so many of her delegates and her attorneys followed normal protocol and challenged only those delegates with significant technical disabilities. So for example, if Obama challenged 100 Clinton delegates, she lost half of them. Since Clinton challenged a minority of Obama delegates, let’s say 24, then Obama lost only 12 to Clinton’s 50. You can see how that tactic significantly reduced Clinton’s eligible delegates at the district convention.

It was an orchestrated fiasco. Obama and his thugs used Alinsky tactics to game the system, overwhelm the process in their favor, and defeat Clinton in the caucuses. They did the same thing at the state convention. That’s how Obama won the Texas delegates despite Hillary Clinton having won the majority vote in the primary election.

There is so much more to tell, but this is long enough already. I was one of 200 people to file a legal affidavit with the Clinton campaign testifying to the fraud that I personally witnessed. No one from the Texas Democratic Party ever followed up with me. I filed several complaints with my precinct, district, and state chairs. I haven’t heard a word from them to this date. I have that affidavit archived off on external storage for safe keeping, but if anyone would like to see a copy of it, I can provide it.

“IIRC O’Reilly pre-dated Beck on the issue.”

Wrongo. I was watching both at the time and wondered where the rest of FOX was and BOR only got on line long after Beck had that dustup with the ACORN spokesman on his show. Beck started to investigate them after the spokesman threatened Beck and his crew off camera. Beck identified the pyramid of all the other companies inside the same former funeral home in NO. Beck didn’t have the staff necessary to investigate further at the time and had to pass along his initial work to BOR’s staff to run with the ball for a while.

...insure that there will be chaos to cover the actual vote fraud.

Which brought me to my original thought/comment.......how many 'votes' were affected? I know what the purpose is. St. Louis is a nest of corrupted maggots and we go through this every election cycle. Not only that, the most recent trend is, on a whim, extend voting 'times'. You know 12 hours is just not enough time to make it 3 or 4 blocks, 3 or 4 miles, whatever the case may be.
