SAN BERNARDINO - The head organizer for California ACORN says a new video that appears to show a staffer at the organization's San Bernardino office is fake journalism.
The video, which was posted shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday on a Web site called Big Government.com, shows a female ACORN employee talking to a man who claims to be a pimp interested in establishing a brothel where underage immigrant prostitutes would turn tricks in order to raise money for political activity.
The woman, identified on the video as Tresa Kaelke, appears on posted footage to be interested in cooperating the plan. However, California ACORN head organizer Amy Schur said the video is a gross misrepresentation of what actually happened.
"In this video, there are two actors who come into our office and who were messing with us. And our employee was messing with them," Schur said.
She said that the complete and unedited video needs to be released to the public.
Schur said that in a moment not shown on the edited video, Kaelke asked the undercover "pimp" if he was joking and then proceeded to play along with the joke.
Furthermore, Schur said that Kaelke will sign an affidavit stating that she was not seriously entertaining the idea of cooperating with an apparent attempt to establish a house of prostitution.
"She (Kaelke) asked if they were joking and asked if they were reporters. They said they weren't reporters and they aren't. This is not legitimate news," Schur said.
Schur's statements follow comments from ACORN office supervisor Christina Spach, who said Kaelke was afraid of the "pimp" and "prostitute" who broached the prostitution ploy at ACORN's San Bernardino office.
The Big Government.com video identifies the "pimp" as James O'Keefe and the "prostitute" as Hannah Giles. O'Keefe and Giles could not be reached immediately for comment.
He is NOT interested in helping ACORN.

Watch some CNN last night. They still don`t consider this important enough to cover or mention. They were still beating the Joe Wilson drum, though, along with pitching the all tea party goers are racists, line.
Please tell me why he goes to the unions to talk about the health care bill?
A) They are the only friendly audience he has now.
B) SEIU are chomping at the bit to unionize all hospital employees.
Two of the largest employers still in Baltimore city, are Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland hospitals.
Just imagine how many potential union dues payers work there!

I might add, the two film makers did what so-called journalists (lefty or conservative)—or the GOP (RINO or conservative) refused to do.
The old saw that the two parties—demrat and RINO led GOP—control political discourse in this country is suddenly passe. We as individuals can make a difference. This is born out by the Tea Parties as well.
why have all 4 videos shown the people saying the exact same things and coming up with the same solutions.
If ACORN knew about this why didn’t they release a statement about it before the tapes came out?

If just one of the employees had alerted a supervisor about her “suspicions”
and had that supervisor/administrator agreed that this couple were trouble
and had she alerted her supervisor/administrator
a bolo should have gone out to every office to watch out for these two imposters.
But this could not have happened.
Thus, the conversations of James and did not raise any kind of red flags in dozens of different offices.
The only conclusion is that ACORN employees have to be oriented to not be “judgmental.”
Hannah also said last night on Hannity that they had also spoke of beating the underage girls and the woman went along with it. I haven’t seen that portion of the tape.
Funny how the fear and the immorality of the proposed venture caused them to say exactly what other ACORN employees have said (except for the shooting of her husband) and she was so scared, she took them outside and referred them to a neighbor.

These people (Or any other folks) need to get video of multiple ACORN workers admitting that they feverishly, actively and willingly engaged in massive voter fraud to get Obama elected.
I’m curious why no one investigated whether she actually killed her husband before releasing the tape.

Lake Elsinore Two arrested after drug found
Two Lake Elsinore residents were arrested Thursday evening when police found three-quarters of a pound of methamphetamine while serving a search warrant, according to police Sgt. Charlie Varga.
At about 8:30 p.m. officers searched the Scrivner Street home, where they found the methamphetamine, some marijuana, scales and packaging materials.
Oscar Ojeda , 38, and Lorie Berhow, 32, were arrested on possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of marijuana and being under the influence of methamphetamine.

either way the woman was a nut........should she really be discussing killing her husband? with someone who is being abused.....was it counseling on how to kill him and get away with it? sounded like it to me.
They (Giles and O’Keefe) have no responsibility to vouch for the credibility of that woman.
The video stands on its own, without comment from them, as do all the other recordings.
ACORN is full of anything-goes nutcases. Whether she actually murdered her husband or just goes around bragging that she did isn’t the issue. Same with her claimed history as a madame.
The real issue is ACORN’s credibility and ACORN’s obvious complicity in promoting illegal activity.
