WASHINGTON The House has voted to admonish Rep. Joe Wilson over his "You lie" outburst to President Barack Obama during the president's health care speech to Congress last week.....
Wilson himself would not back down on his position that he owed the House no apology. Surrounded by Republican supporters, Wilson said Obama had "graciously accepted my apology and the issue is over."

President Bush would have accepted the apology and moved on. To bad Obama is not a big enough man to do the same.

I think they make him stand in the well of the House while they all say mean things about him. And Maureen Dowd gets to tell people what she really "heard" them say. ( She gets to make it up out of the cesspool that's her mind)

Yeah, it is a badge to wear with honor!
Keep drumming on poor Joe, stupid Dems.
To: KansasGirl
I believe it's an expression of formal disapproval for violating house rules. With no consequences.
I think vote was a strict party line (probably a couple of dems vote NO, too).

An admonition by this House of Criminals should be worn as a badge of honor - consider those who have not been admonished: Pelosi, Rangle, Stark, Barbara Lee, Murtha, etc, etc, etc.
To: JoeProBono
Oh the irony —if he gets an official letter of censure then that will mean that FOR SAYING SOMETHING Joe will get the same punishment as Barney Frank for...
RUNNING A HOMO BROTHEL OUT OF HIS HOUSE.
I’m serious.

What's more amazing to me is that Delahunt (D_MA) and Kucinich (D-OH) voted nay and Barney Frank voted present.
The only explanation is that they felt the punishment wasn't severe enough.
To: deport
Could that list be incorrect about Rohrabacher? That is a big surprise to me and doesn’t fit with what I know of him....
