Calculating a Minimum Attendance Number for the 9/12 DC Tea Party

I've put together a Google Spreadsheet with a calculation of a minimum number of people who could have attended today.

This is based on analyzing what the camera that was looking down Pennsylvania Avenue saw throughout the event. Here's a snapshow when it's empty:

We heard the same thing. The Capital Police told us we far exceeded the million man march and we were at least at 1.2 million by 1:00PM. This was the official information being given the Capital Police and they were sharing it with the marchers... they probably never thought that politics would get in the way.

Thank you so much for your first hand report. Thank you also for standing up for our country. For every person that went, there were probably 5-10 people at home that supported you guys and could not be there for one reason or another. I watched you guys on TV that day with tears of joy streaming down my face. You did us all very proud!
