One way to look at the BC thing - if there was a Hawaiian BC not a COLB - then somebody at whatever hospital or government agency who has access to those records sure could make a fortune by stealing the original (if it exists) and sell it. So far nobody has. Therefore maybe it doesn’t exist. Hmmmm

You know what Lucy! It just dawned on me... several Freepers have suggested that the Orly ‘proof’ is a fake. Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. But by presenting as proof, it would be on the defendant to prove otherwise. Kind of a reversal of “Prove he wasn’t born here”.
The judge could accept the proof as legitimate until shown oherwise.
Taitz may be a genius. A poor speller, but a genius!
