One day after two ACORN officials in Baltimore were fired for offering to help a man and woman posing as a pimp and prostitute to engage in child prostitution and a series of tax crimes, another secretly shot videotape has surfaced that shows the same couple getting similar advice from ACORN officers in Washington.
The newly released videotape, shot on July 25, shows ACORN staffers explaining to the pair how they can hide the woman's professed work — prostitution — and get a loan that will help them establish a brothel.
James O'Keefe, a 25-year-old independent filmmaker, posed as the pimp while visiting the ACORN office, accompanied by 20-year-old Hannah Giles, who posed as the prostitute. On a videotape provided to FOXNews.com, they are seen receiving guidance to establish the woman as the sole proprietor of a bogus company to mask the nature of her business.
"She's not going to put on (the loan application) that she's doing prostitution ... she doesn't have to," the ACORN staffer says. "You don't have to sit back and tell people what you do."
The ACORN staffer is heard suggesting that O'Keefe can purchase a house, and as the landlord, if he is ever questioned by authorities, he can say he was unaware of the illegal business going on inside.
"[W]hen the police ask you, (tell them) you don't know where (the money is) coming from," the staffer said. "We are looking out for you."

Add Fox to that list. FNC is showing the fruits of this team’s labor but apparently doing little or no investigative journalism of their own.

It’s funny to note that if they attempted this at other offices and failed, why didn’t acorn send out a cease and desist order to the rest of their thugs? Tell them to stop the encouragement and support of illegal activities. (Smirk)

Did he include the federal charge? Seems that the “housing conference” that was discussed in the Baltimore office is federally funded. And ACORN can’t require you to join in order to attend. But the housing person in the Baltimore video told them they had to join ACORN for $120 for the year in order to go to the conference. I’m not sure the Judge picked up on that.
I wonder what he says about today’s recordings from DC.

Barney Frank on BravoTv Andy Cohen show,said he had to regulate banks because they caused the problems we face now. Then Andy Cohen asked a question about that whoever his name was that caught in the public restroom playing footsie? Barney said something like he thought a trained detective had better things to do than hang around public stalls.
In other words the law means nothing to barns and it was he and his lies along with lover Moses that created a lot of the subprime mess.

Because rightly the attention today is on 911 and this second video will not receive the attention it deserves, also Friday is a horrible day to release anything newsworthy.
In light of these revelations, on wonders if ACORN advised the greasy headed and racially similar congressman Rangel on establishing a tax free brothel in the Dominican Republic.
It is completely reasonable to assume he received such advice but was told it would be poor form to set up a whore house in DC or Harlem. Out of town, out of mind.
True enough, you have a point. On the other hand, ACORN's statement indicated that they had tried this sting in other cities, including Los Angeles. I'm fascinated to see how long this goes.
When this is all over, I’ll bet they get a great book deal!
