1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.

2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).

She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

There is no September 14th hearing that I'm aware of. That is the deadline laid out in the judge's order for Tatitz and Kreep to submit their response in writing to the defense's motion to dismiss.

Didn't you read the ORDER REFERRING MOTION TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE? It says the "noticed hearing date of September 14th is vacated". It's about the First Amended Motion for Letters Rogatory and Initiation of Discovery filed by the Plaintiffs.

The "African race" in 1961 was white too.

Obviously neither of the speakers in the two quotes I sent you were referring to whites when they used the term "African race".

Again, it is a nationality. This man is African.

He is of South African nationality. He is not of African race.

It is clear that the term "African race" has been used by a large variety of people going back very far:

Name a form that has listed African as a race.

1. The COLB, and presumably the original birth certificate of Barack Obama.

2. Here are two others: link 1, link 2. The latter one is an application form for a university in South Africa. Note that "African" is one selection for race and "White" is another. Other application forms in South Africa are similar. Here is a resume from someone who lists their race as "African" and their nationality as "South African".

IMHO it is entirely plausible that Barack Obama Sr. or Stanley Ann Dunham caused Obama's Sr.'s race to be listed as "African". The intent was probably to distinguish the fact that Obama Sr was from Africa rather than an American black but it may have been an expression of African nationalist sentiment by Obama Sr.

Since Barack Obama Sr. may have been the only African in Hawaii at the time, it is not surprising if he was identified in a unique way. Of the possible problems with the birth certificate, I don't think this is necessarily one of them.

Many years ago I knew a man from Hawaii who had very dark skin. He described his experiences traveling in the South and being rigidly categorized as a member of a particular race to whom the "N-word" was applied. He had never had this problem in Hawaii.

Perpetuating the myth that Obama is President only through fraud and deceit, absent of which McCain would've have been rightfully elected, is not a strategy conservatives and Republicans ought to embrace as at frees us from the burden of taking responsibility for our dismal performance last November.

Thinking that Orly is going to ride into a courtroom in rescue this country from a horrible electoral miscarriage is to completely disregard the fundamental reasons why we lost in the first place. Took a little digging. Taitz requested a hearing on Judge Nakazato be scheduled for September 14th. When Judge Carter refused to overturn his order or recuse him from the case then the hearing became moot.

Krauthammer is a part of the media and they are interacting with the degreed folks who dish out the “official” definations that all intellectuals like Krauthammer “know.” The rule is: Don’t call liberals Marxists. The truth is that Marxists and socialists are in direct opposition to the constitution and the right is trying to salvage what it can of constitutional freedom and it’s people - Americans-Americans.

That 1790 law was replaced by one that did not have the words “natural born”. But it’s interesting that they felt that they needed to add that “beyond the sea case”. To me that means they understood the original meaning of “natural born” to not include person’s born of US citizen parents (plural) unless they were born within the limits of the United States.

I hope it is Judge Carter who will establish that either Obama is a natural born citizen or he is not. From there, if he is not, criminal prosecutions will proceed. I have no doubt about that.

I am a birther, I have been for over a year, but unfortunately this statement in THIS case doesn’t apply. I sure wish it did though.

Clearly because she is part of an ancient and mysterious conspiracy that is funded by George Soros and involves nearly every single person in the HI Department of Vital records, to include the Republican governor Linda Lingle, all her political appointees and career civil servants who report to her. They have a team of lawyers to carefully construct their statements in order to protect a guy that they know, without equivocation, was born someplace other than HI. And, this conspiracy was started at least 48 or so years ago.

Who else is involved in the conspiracy? Every Republican member of Congress who hasn't publicly called for and demanded congressional hearings. Every member of the US judiciary that has thus-far dismissed everyone of these birther lawsuits. Every member of the US Supreme Court have on multiple occasion denied certiorari (without comment) on a number of these cases, including one John Roberts, who actually swore the President into office, twice.

Every conservative legal foundation including, but not limited to Judicial Watch, the Federalist Society and the Thomas More Law Center.

Every conservative national talk-show host or commentator who's refused to entertain this silliness in anyway including Mark Levin, Ann Coulter, Neal Boortz (all of whom are accomplished lawyers) Sean Hannity and Monica Crowley.

Every publisher of any well-respected conservative magazine or periodical including those that publish National Review, American Conservative, The American Prospect and the Weekly Standard.

Or, at least that's what someone would have to believe if they were to buy into your absolutely preposterous idea.

And just for the record, who's the primary legal mind behind the anti-conspiracy movement? Non other than a Orange County immigrant dentist who got her law degree from an on-line university and has never - before this case - earned a single penny or had a single client in the practice of law. Compelling. I see how you could be so moved by such a powerfully authoritative conservative legal scholar, litigator and master practitioner in all things legal - but is apparently whipped by her word processing spell checker.

It's all a bit much to swallow, isn't it? And yet, when somebody who's not certifiably crazy points out the gaping holes in these conspiracy theorist's arguments, their absolute misrepresentations of the federal rules of civil procedures and what is normal order of business in American jurisprudence they're labeled: trolls, obots, kool-aid drinkers, liars, thieves, paid hacks etc, etc, etc. Nope, I'm not a part of the birther cabal - and I couldn't care less what crazy people call me.
