I just talked to Orly:
She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is giving her expedited discovery - immediately.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

Thank you, and quite right.
A COLB does not list the delivery doctor
It does not list the hospital, or the administrator, it does not have footprints, or anything more than a short form version of the Long Form, which is why you need a long form to remove doubt concerning running for POTUS.
“The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii
In the State of Hawaii, back in 1961, there were four different ways to get an original birth certificate on record.
BC1. If the birth was attended by a physician or mid wife, ....
BC2. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then all that was required was that one of the parents send in a birth certificate to be filed. The birth certificate could be filed by mail.
.... there is and was no requirement for a physician or midwife to witness, state or report that the baby was born in Hawaii.
BC3. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then, up to the first birthday of the child, a Delayed Certificate could be filed...
BC4. If a child is born in Hawaii, for whom no physician or mid wife filed a certificate of live birth, and for whom no Delayed Certificate was filed before the first birthday, then a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth could be issued upon testimony of an adult (including the subject person [i.e. the birth child as an adult]) if the Office of the Lieutenant Governor was satisfied that a person was born in Hawaii, provided that the person had attained the age of one year. ...
Well, in the old days, the doctor gave you some aspirin and waited for you to die. Frankly, I think you were overpaying at $25.00.
I think that everyone involved in the healthcare debate needs to spend a week trying to get United Healthcare to pay for an ER visit and then another week negotiating the price of stents with Boston Scientific.
At least then we would be operating from a truthful place.
This guy showed up yesterday to defend NS while I was hammering his posts in detail. He's a troll. He just happen to find a thread that scrolled off the main page.
I don’t coddle leftwing activists invading FR. You do. What’s next, chinslurp? Coddling the ACORN defending trolls?
I’m camped out at the Ledger-Enquirer website. Wish I were there!
Now, there’s a new wrinkle ... HI accepted the certificate
signed by the HI Democratic Party certifying the nomination of BHO/Biden and NOT signed by the national DNC, with Pelosi signing, as the others we’ve found have.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I’m thinking it would take FOIA requests to all the secs of state from all the states to get proof of what they actually received.
It was kicked back to Orly for signature last I heard Link I know that Taitz filed a request for an emergency hearing on the TRO for no later than September 10 but it appears that wasn't granted - it's the 11th and no hearing was held yesterday or Wednesday. So either Captain Rhodes had better report for duty or she'll have other legal problems with the military courts.
many
I’m very close but can’t get there from here - so to speak.
I don’t know how good the Ledger coverage will be but the paper used to work good under my parrot when I had a subscription.
Nope. I'm having too much fun dealing with Birther buttheads. Now if an ACW thread would start up then I'll have to split my time, but until then I'm here for you.
This is not going smoothly.
Just recently, maybe in the last 2 weeks, there was a very succinct description of the 4. Of course I can’t find it now. I knew I should have kept it but it was late and I was sleepy.......
Wouldn’t be unreal if all of this was a ploy to create the civil unrest needed to be able to quell same by passing all of this garbage so “the country can move on”? </tinfoil>
Are we going to see you here after discovery is granted cheering on the roadblocks the DOJ and Perkins Coie try to throw at that, or will you finally give a hat tip to Orly and Co. for being persistent despite her obvious lack of litigation expertise?
Every time Orly takes pen in hand or steps into a courtroom, it's an adventure.
Things are heating up and Obama is losing ground even with the press to spin for him. His internet war room needs to be more active. So I’m not surprised that there is more troll activity.
Just pinging a few buds.
Apropos of nothing, my wife and I have taken up family geneology as a hobby. I am 99.5 percent certain that my grandfather was lying about his age his entire life. There is no birth certificate. But when his father died, my grandfather needed to work. He had to be 16 to work in the steel mills. So, my great-grandmother - who did some time in Italy for attempted murder - got a doctor to sign a “Witness of Birth” form, “proving” my grandfather was 16.
In retrospect, it’s a shame that my grandfather did not run for President against Kennedy because Joe Kennedy would have almost certainly have become the original birther.
Hawaii does have the DNC letter with “legally qualified” signed by Pelosi.
I think it would be worth asking each state for both 2008 and 2004.
Oh I'll be here after the the outcome of the October 5th hearing regardless. Next milestone is September 21st when Taitz and Kreep's replies to the motion to dismiss are due. That should make for some entertaining reading.
But if the judge does not dismiss then yes, I'll be looking forward to what happens next.
