She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:

1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.

2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).

She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

I am not suggesting anything. I have no clue what Orly plans. I just know what I have read about obama’s possible crimes if he is found out to falsified records. There are probably many more that I don’t know about.

And yeah, if it happened the way it would with you or I, we would be in prison. Somehow Obama escapes everything. I feel like we are missing something in the conspiracy to protect him.

As for the COLB there is no doctor, hopital or witness information that can be and should be independently verified. Vital records could also contain adoption information or name changes that are not on the short form. That is why the long form is requested and would be best evidence IMO. If it goes to trial they may even have the custodian of records in Hawaii testify about how records are kept, how changes are made, procedures, where they are kept, chain of custody etc. The Kenyan BC has doctor and hospital info and Orly is trying to get it authenticated by Kenya.

The long form is available by court order so that is what should be produced. For example California quit using short forms in 2003 and now only has long forms, due to too much fraud.

Quite right. A COLB (Certificate of Live Birth), is not the same as a Long Form Birth Certificate, and is not good enought to prove that your Natural Born. It is not even proven that the Obama Campaign put this on the web. Many say it was the dailykos that did it.
However the Kenyan Long Form Birth Certificate provides all the information including all you have mentioned. It seems very credible. I have personally checked out every line, and found no errors. Up to and including the fact that they only listed 1936 for Obama Sr’s birth date.

The Best Evidence Rule applies, as well as this jury instruction:

“2.02 FAILURE TO PRODUCE AVAILABLE STRONGER EVIDENCE

Applied here, since it’s within Obama’s power to produce his original birth certificate, and he refuses to do so, Obama’s online computer-generated certification must be viewed with distrust.
