President Obama just attacked the "lies" about the bill. One of the "lies" was that the bill would fund abortion. President Obama just said no federal money would be used to fund abortion.

That's already false. Last January, President Obama removed the prohibition against federal funding for organizations that commit or encourage abortion in other countries. Federal money is already funding abortions. It's impossible for his statement to be true.
